Amazing Food and Amazing Team
Due to the slow roll out of the vaccine at the beginning of 2021 and 80% of our guests coming from out of state, we decided to push our date one last time to 11/6/21. As soon as we rebooked with the venue, I reached out to Danielle to reschedule again. I found out that Danielle had left Deco, and Antigoni was our new coordinator. She got us rescheduled right away which was helpful.
Prior to COVID, Danielle met with us for a tasting. I can’t tell you how amazing the food was just at the tasting! I’ve been to weddings before, and most of them had average food. We did our tasting in 2019, and we kept talking about how good it was up until our actual wedding.
A couple weeks before the wedding, our event manager Sam reached out to confirm all our counts and made sure we had everything we needed set up for the day. She was so easy to work with. I’m so appreciative of the entire staff at Deco!
The day of, the food was just as good as we remembered! Our passed appetizers were the California sliders, sweet chili chicken skewers, and bruschetta. Our entree choices were the beef tenderloin, wild rice stuffed chicken, and three cheese lasagna. We also had a late-night snack of tomato soup shooters with grilled cheese. It’s been two weeks since our wedding, and our friends and family are still talking about the food!
I’m so thankful we had such an amazing caterer. Our food was amazing, and everyone was so easy to work with!
