I cannot be more grateful to Paul and his team at the Dancing Palate for the food and service they provided for my wedding this past April. I did not have a single vendor that was more responsive than Paul...I felt like he was just watching the phone for my contact so that he could respond within minutes!
One of the difficulties with my wedding was the issue of immigration. My wife was overseas and we were not sure when she was going to be in the states to have our wedding. As such, we needed two dates tentatively booked and Paul had no issues with that. He took a small deposit and essentially said "Let me know when the date is and we will make it work." And I must say, he was a man of his word.
I went online to see the options for the menu and he had such an extensive menu to choose from. I was impressed with the variety he had and had such a tough making a decision, I included several people in the process. We ended up with braised beef and morrocan spiced fish as the main course. After sending him the choices and finalizing the date - we set up a tasting. This was a great day! He actually came to our house and made the food in our kitchen - FRESH!!! I was so impressed and the food was too good! We asked him to make a small change to one of the dishes and he had no problem with that.
Included in his price was the cake and it was so good - three layers and three different flavors. On the day of the wedding, his team, servers and all, were just as outstanding and this was not just my opinion, but practically every one of my guests. The food was prepared fresh and served from the kitchen in the hall directly to the guests. I have never seen this type of service before. Me and my wife felt like a king and queen who were treated to a wonderful banquet.
All in all, I HIGHLY recommend the Dancing Palate and would not hesitate in booking him in the future.

They really went above and beyond for our big day. When our “day of coordinator” disappeared into her office Chef Paul did what he didnt have to and stepped up. We are really appreciative of all his help. The food was delicious, the cake was to die for. Everything exactly how we wanted. Chef Paul was always aVailable by phone to discus ny changes or requests and he walked us through the whole thing step by step. Their staff on the day off was absolutely professional and everyone was wearing their mask. Cannot recommend them enough !

First off Paul was a pleasure to work with! Always answered when called and always on top of things. He came to my house to cook for our trial dinner and it was amazing. His wife makes great tasting and beautiful cakes and his team is hands down the best. The dj was also great and had everything I asked for ready to go! CLAUDIA his front of house is probably my favorite person ever. We had a wedding crisis and she was right there helping my and feeding me well needed shots. She also doubles as our wedding planner because we lacked one. Never asked just jumped in and rocked it. If your in doubt of this company remember it comes with her and that’s well worth it.

Chef Paul took his time to understand our specific needs and then delivered on those. Overall great experience and our wedding turned out fantastic. Our guests raved about the amazing parmesan grouper and the wedding cake, which was 3 different flavors, all great! Huge thank you to Chef Paul and his team.

Paul and his team were amazing for my wedding. Professionalism isn’t even the word! They’re AMAZING!! Spot on and very responsive! I will definitely use them in any events in the near future. Food was absolutely amazing and all my guests wouldn’t stop talking about it. Claudia was the absolute best and she made sure that we had everything that we needed and that we were on time with our itinerary. They made the night wonderful and I can’t wait to work with them again in the near future!

The Dancing Palate was by far the best catering company! From the amazing staff and owner to service and quality of food. It was absolutely amazing and delicious. The front of the house service was immaculate. Highly recommended!!!

I had the dancing palate cater my wedding and I could not have asked for more. Paul and his staff were professional, kind, and delivered fantastic food my guests were raving about. I am lactose intolerant and they made my own personalized dairy free dish. I would absolutely use dancing palate for my next event.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Chef Paul and his team. The food is amazing, plenty of options to pick for the menu, and even the cake. We had to make a few adjustments a couple of times and Chef Paul was quick, responsive, and seriously took the worry out of it all. On time, professional, clean, and goes above and beyond. I didn’t get to decorate the cake table because I was running behind.. but Paul even brought his own decorations and made a beautiful display that matched our theme. I was so impressed that he truly wanted to help make everything look perfect. Hard to find people who care like that. Look no further, The Dancing Palate is the best!

When my wedding was canceled not once but twice I was just ready to be married to my now Husband but I still wanted the night to feel special and treat my guest. When I started asking around for pricing and assistance I wasn't too excited about anyone until I came across Paul and his family. From our first phone call you can hear his love and passion for food he was cheerful and responsive to all my needs. He made me excited about the dinner and his pride showed in his work. He kept me informed on all menu items and was attentive to any changes I made along the way until I had the perfect menu for my guest. When it was the day of my Wedding Paul arrived right on time and brought his son to help. The minute I walked into my moms home it smelled amazing and although they were wearing mask I could see his smile through his eyes. My mom isn't used to having someone else host and she felt secure and safe having him there and was able to enjoy the party. Him and his son were so attentive to our needs. The best part was the food was great some people in the group were picky eaters and everyone raved about how good the food was. His wife made the cake and it was so delicious as well, not a beat was missed. The best part is when they were done they left my moms house even more clean than when they found it. They supplied all the dishes for the party and left the home spotless. Everyone couldn't believe how affordable he was for the amount of food and quality they received. My family and I will be looking for an excuse to use them again in the future such an amazing experience from start to finish.

I booked the dancing palate for our wedding this past weekend. They were beyond amazing ! Chef Paul was in contact with us through this whole process. And Claudia was amazing the day off the wedding . Unfortunately it started raining on our wedding day but Claudia kept me calm and anything we needed she was There . Chef Paul and his team worked their butts off to make sure the food and everything was perfect even under the horrible weather . Our cake was soooooo beautiful and so tasty! We had so many great compliments about the food . Especially in cocktail hour al of our guest told us they didn’t want to stop eating . The quesadilla and strawberry Margaritas were a hit ! Thank you for all of your suggestions and ideas ! You guys were truly amazing !
