The Colony House is an eclectically styled event venue featuring versatile indoor and outdoor spaces in central Orange County. 24 Carrots welcomed this unique venue to our portfolio in 2014 after completing a comprehensive renovation to blend the neighborhood’s craftsman aesthetic with the venue’s unique style and architecture.

Facilities and Capacity

Initially built in 1948 as a tractor factory, The Colony House is now a bespoke event space that can accommodate parties of up to 500 guests. The foyer with filament bulb light installation and custom entry wall design will make an impression. The Great Room’s bow truss ceiling is a centerpiece of the main event hall, while centuries-old wood planks on the stage create a timeless backdrop for ceremonies and performances. The Loft overlooks The Great Room through a glass wall and provides a divided area for up to 150 guests to gather. The Patio offers an outdoor space for up to 100 guests and features a living wall for intimate ceremonies and countless Instagram selfies.

Services Offered

The Colony House hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as elopements, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and showers. The peak season for this property stretches from April through December, providing ample choice to couples. The venue team offers event catering, bartending, setup, and cleanup in addition to the use of get-ready rooms, audio-visual equipment, and rental items. Tables and chairs are available for up 250 guests as well as lounge vignette and vintage brushed metal cocktail tables and chairs. Styled bar backs will be on hand for serving local craft beer on tap. Additional services include:
