We used the Catering Company for 3 meals during our wedding weekend and we were not disappointed with any of them! We had a welcome taco party, classic wedding reception dinner and a farewell breakfast. We received so many compliments about how great the food was the whole weekend. We would use them again! They were very friendly throughout the whole weekend and easy to get ahold of before the wedding as well.

The food was phenomenal! Everything was cooked perfectly and the guests enjoyed every bite!

Linda and The Catering Co. staff are absolute pros at what they do. Every interaction we had with them was great. We felt that they really cared for us. They will go above and beyond, exceeding expectations. They pay attention to detail and even thought of things I hadn’t. They were right on cue with toasts, cake cutting, clearing plates, everything. Our guests loved our delicious food and are still talking about it. Linda and staff have genuinely kind and awesome personalities. I cannot recommend them enough!

Linda is AMAZING! We looked at a few different options for caterers and as soon as we met with Linda, we knew we found the one. She was awesome. She helped us plan a delicious and filling meal for our reception (and cocktail hour with cheese and fruit). Linda's menu is delicious, but what was also great was her table styling. She brought beautiful serving and cutlery options, and even styled the buffet completely with candles and greenery. She met with us multiple times and even visited the venue with us to help us plan the layout and get all the details nailed down. She's amazing and we gained a wonderful friend throuhgout the process!! Not to mention, people still tell us how good the food was.

Lastly, we definitely recommend eating privately together so you can actually enjoy the food (and hide before all the craziness of a reception haha)

We had a fairly large guest list, so we did this:
- first look pictures
- wedding party pictures
- ceremony
- family pictures
- bride and groom private dinner inside so we could enjoy the food and have a moment together (cocktail hour happened at this time)
- then reception and dancing!

Everyone at our wedding loved the food from The Catering Company! They have a good variety of options, and were helpful in the planning of our wedding menu. They had an amazing set-up for my husband and I to taste the food we were interested in before we selected the menu, and sent us home with all of the leftovers. They also did a taste-test of our menu for my parents when they came to visit a few months later.

The front office was always quick to respond to my questions. The only hiccup I had was getting a little overwhelmed in the decision-making process on how to decorate the tables. A lot of ideas were mentioned to me during the planning meeting, and I had to take a couple of days to really think about what I wanted. So, my advice to other couples is to think about what works best for your wedding, and make those requests. There are so many decorating options available, but you don't have to use all of them.

The staff was professional on the day of the wedding, and the food was great. So many people complimented us on the BBQ and the cheese-ball appetizer. The staff was friendly, and attentive to all of the tables. They cleared plates, cut and plated our cake, and opened our champagne for toasting.

Overall, we had a great experience with The Catering Company, and would recommend them to other couples in the area looking for a caterer!

Linda DeLong and the whole team at The Catering Company were truly a joy to work with! The created beautiful displays, an elegant buffet, and delicious food for our wedding reception. Using decor that matched our theme, the presentation of the food was beautiful and overall our wedding meal is a memory that we will treasure always. The groom's cake display of chocolate chip cookies was also a hit! From the first tasting to the final product, The Catering Company was also easy to work with, listening to our feedback and providing ideas that ultimately brought our vision to life. We recommend their services wholeheartedly!

Linda and her crew are absolutely THE BEST!!!! I loved working with Linda. She was so professional and so easy to talk to and soooo flexible. We did several tastings before choosing a caterer, and although the other caterers had good food, her overall package including the taste of the food, the presentation, her flexibility, and the service she and her crew provide was hands down the best. She did everything we asked of her, even boxed up our leftovers and our leftover cake for us.She decorated the buffet table so well I thought I should have had her do the entire reception decor!!! She had great ideas for food options when I wasn't sure what to do and she never made me feel bad about changing our menu many times before the wedding. She didn't bat an eye when I said I didn't want real china (we were trying to keep it casual) and she provided the buffet linens as part of the service package. She was definitely one of my favorite vendors! And let's not forget the FOOD! I got so many comments on how great the food was and how it was the best food my guests had had at a wedding. Linda is really really great. Wish I had a reason to work with her again! If you are having an event in the tri-cities, this is who you want to do the catering!

This caterer is GREAT!!!!! They were very professional. Everyone at the wedding reception commented on how great the food tasted and how beautifully it was arranged. My niece is an event co-ordinator for a major hotel chain who is involved in planning events like wedding receptions and she raved about how great the food was. The catering company went above and beyond what was required of them to make everything beautiful!!!!!! Don't hesitate to use this caterer!!!!!

The catering company did a great job. They are very responsive to your phone calls and emails. Also, the tasting experience was awesome. They give good portions so that you get a good idea of what your meal will be like. By the way, the food was amazing. In addition, Linda, the owner assisted with beautiful decorating ideas for the reception hall. Lastly, Linda made sure that we were comfortable with everything going on with the wedding. She's amazing to work with and reasonably priced. Loved it and would like to just go in with my husband for a meal for 2. Hmmm, maybe that's an idea for our anniversary.
