About

One of Boston's most elegant buildings is the Tudor Revival mansion known as The Castle, a former residence that now serves as a picturesque location for special events. Whether you are hosting a lively wedding reception or an intimate dinner party, The Castle is a unique and memorable setting.
The first floor of the Castle features the Great Hall, the Music Room, the Library, and the Dining Room. The Castle can accommodate up to 92 people for a seated dinner and up to 125 people for a standing reception. Depending on your guest count a seated or standing ceremony can be accommodated in the Great Hall. A room on the second floor with a private restroom is available for use as a bridal suite. During the summer, there is a patio on the ground floor available in conjunction with an event on the first floor.

We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. The castle was the perfect unique, elegant, and intimate setting for our wedding of about 94 guests. The food was great, they were able to work with us to accommodate dietary restrictions. Our coordinator, Emily, was very helpful, responsive, and flexible. Guests commented on what a great venue it was, saying that it felt like someone opening up their beautiful home to us. The prices seemed very reasonable compared to other places that we looked at. They have an in house caterer so it was nice not to have to search for a caterer or rent tables, linens, etc. Everything went perfectly!

My wedding here was a dream come true. Everything was fabulous, especially my day of coordinator Kate Braun. Kate helped me with even the smallest details. She was organized and responded so quick to any email I would send her.

The Castle was just amazing. Every one of my guests said that it was such a beautiful venue, most even stayed to the end of the night dancing away. The food was delicious, and the grand staircase lends for beautiful pictures! I was so impressed, and I am thankful to say I wouldn't change one thing!!
