Our Oceanside Boutique Hotel boasts our waterfront lawn, perfect for your wedding weekend experience! Offering onsite ceremonies, tented wedding receptions, lobster bake rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, after-hours, and farewell brunches for 30-150 people. We also boast Stripers Waterside Restaurant, and a selection of beautiful lodging accommodations that span a range of preferences across 35 total guest rooms. These guest rooms are housed in 2 separate buildings and a standalone 1000 sqft Cottage.

Spa Building: In our Spa Building, guests will find that convenience and comfort are king! They will have access to an elevator and their choice from 1 of the 14 Guest Rooms, including our executive-level suite. Also located in this building is our full-service spa and fitness center for those looking to work hard in the gym and just as hard at recovery!

Inn Building: Seeking the more traditional Coastal Maine Experience? Look no further than our Inn Building. Located directly adjacent to the Spa Building is our 20-room Inn Building. Not only is this where our Stripers Waterside Restaurant is located, but here you'll find 20 guest rooms that perfectly capture the essence of Coastal Maine through scenic views and waterfront balconies coupled with the soothing color palletes and charming decor. The Inn building houses a variety of room types from our intimate single queen partial waterview rooms to our Inn King Junior Suites and Balcony Kings overlooking the water. The Inn Building is truly experiencing Maine the way it was intended.

Cottage: At roughly 1000sq.ft, our Standalone Cottage offers a private and intimate stay for those looking to truly escape. Suspended over the ocean channel, the Cottage is equipped with its own private parking space, floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, a single king bed, a living area, and a standing shower with a separate jacuzzi bath.

Offering linens, furniture, tenting, and decorations, the team can handle all the details, big or small.
