Everyone was complementing how gorgeous my wedding flowers turned out, they were even more lovely than what I had imagined.

Tom is incredible and we are so blessed to find such an amazing florist! I met with several florists for our daughter's wedding and Tom at The Bouquet Shop in Orrville was recommended to us by the photographer. Talk about impressive! The entire team did such impeccable work! The flowers were stunning and Tom looked over every detail. They helped pin on boutonnieres and corsages, put flower girls flower crowns in place, had all lanterns on tables looking amazing with the most stunning florals and greenery. Worth every penny and then some!

I don't think a picture could capture how beautiful my bouquet was. Or how perfect the bridesmaids flowers turned out, along with the everything else that Tom provided for us the day of our wedding. We were pleased with the whole experience, from consultation to the final product. Tom and his team are amazing, and we were very glad we chose him to help with the flowers for our special day!

Tom was very friendly and professional. He took the time to consult with me and really listened to me and what I wsnted. He didn't try to talk me into anything, but offered thoughtful suggestions that revealed his many years of experience. Even with a last minute change of delivery location, he arrived on time with my beautiful flowers! He's the best!!!

Tom went above and beyond any expectation we had in the floral department of our wedding. My mother-in-law and I met with him before the wedding to design all our flowers, centerpieces, bouquets and more. He offered an expert opinion and made the process effortless, enjoyable and affordable. The day of our October 1, 2016 wedding, Tom personally came to our wedding venue to personally hand me and my entire bridal party our flowers. It was so special to thank our florist in person right before I walked down the aisle and for him to offer his well-wishes. Tom even stayed after the flowers had been handed out to ensure everything went on perfectly. All the centerpieces at the reception were gorgeous. We can't rave about Tom and The Bouquet Shop enough. He made sure our day was beautiful and easy to enjoy.

We looked into The Bouquet Shop for our wedding at the Barn at the Meadows in Orrville, OH at the suggestion of the venue and couldn't be happier with the work Tom and team created. I could tell when we met Tom that he really wanted everything to fit the bride and her personality, it made the planning process very easy, which was a plus, as we were planning from out of town. After the in-person consultation, I knew I had nothing to worry about and that everything, in regards to flowers and decor would go off without a hitch.

On the day of the wedding, Tom personally came and help execute all of the finishing touches. The centerpieces, ceremony decor and bouquets were amazing!! There were also flower crowns for the bridesmaids and he fit them to every girl before the ceremony to ensure the prefect fit!! It was such a pleasure working with someone who was so passionate and took so much pride in his work. I'd work with Tom & team again in an instant!

The Bouquet Shop did all of the flowers for my recent wedding and they went above and beyond! Not only did all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces look beautiful and exactly as I had wanted, Tom also brought along extra flowers to lay on the banquet, guest book, and card tables as well! The day of the wedding Tom personally delivered and set up all of the flowers, so I didn't have to worry about it at all and could focus on other things - like getting married! I am so glad we used The Bouquet Shop for our big day!

The Bouquet Shop did an excellent job for our wedding! I had a hard time explaining what I wanted for flowers but they were able to figure it out and it was perfect! They even came up with a great way to honor my late grandfather in my bouquet which was really special to me. We also made several last minute changes to things and they were able to accomodate that which was great. He also made suggestions to help us save money/stay in budget. All the flowers seemed to last through the day well and looked fresh. My 1st complaint was responsiveness during the initial interview/quote/booking process about a year out. Once things were booked and we were within about 6 months of the wedding they were much more responsive and we didn't have any issues so it worked out. My only other compliant was from my bouquet--there was one type of small flower/plant that kept falling out through the day. Usually everytime I set the bouquet done, 1 would fall out. By the end of the day I don't think it made a difference and the bouquet still looked great and full but it was kind of annoying to try and keep sticking them back in. Overall I would still really recommend!
