A perfect day with a Wonderful company!! They made everything great. Their attention to detail really surprised us, we didn't expect that out of our photographers. You should choose Kellie and Brett for your event. They were the best and our guests thought so too, and our pictures...are PERFECT!!! So many favorites and the best part, I get to keep them all!!!

Kellie is full and energy and easy to work with! She is very flexible and wants to ensure the bride is stress-free!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE Kellie's work. I will most definitely be contacting her for all my future photography needs, and I HIGHLY recommend her to all my friends and family. She helped me get through my big day with my sanity relatively intact, which was no easy task.

We booked our photography with Kellie and Brett Gillis. Both are incredibly professional and really show they care about every last detail. We even booked our photo booth through them. Brett and Janna were our photographers for the day and they did an outstanding job with every last detail. We had so much fun with them and they made us feel so at ease while taking all the formal shots. They knew that
I really wanted to keep the formal time short and sweet so we could get to the reception and enjoy it with our guests. They accommodated every request we had and made us feel so comfortable.

We were given our scrap book from the photo booth attendant at the end of the reception and were happily surprised to find that all of the photo booth shots were included on a disc in addition to all the strips. We watched the video the day after the wedding. It was so great to watch of all our friends and family put on the crazy props and have fun with the pictures. It was quite hysterical.

Kellie Gillis with The Big Picture Fine Art and Photography has become not only my wedding photographer but my life time photographer and life time friend. She truly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make her photography tell the story of her clients. She is fun and bubbly and brings a joy and light into a room as soon as she walks in! She has truly walked held my hand through this journey and captured every wonderful moment as it happened. She has taken the edge of the painful separations from my then fiance and my now husband (due to being in military world) and created so many smiles and tears of joy! I couldn't imagine my life and future family without her and having her capture every moment! We used Kellie for our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She is fun and full of energy, which helped to keep me happy and relaxed on what can be a stressful day. She went above and beyond on our wedding day, helping to keep everyone organized so that everything went very smoothly. She helped to fluff my dress, pin boutineers on the guys, make sure everyone stayed hydrated, gave me little peppermints when I needed a pick me up. She really went so far above and beyond what you would expect and I felt like she truly cared about us and our day.

Kellie & Brett were amazing on the day of the wedding. Made us feel comfortable and made sure everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, it seems as if they over book themselves. The Big Picture has a hard time keeping up with communication, and delivering their products in a timely manner. We were definitely disappointed with the length of time it took to get any pictures back. They were very nice, but it seems like after they got our money, they didn't care.

I wish I would have read the reviews before choosing these guys. I didn't sense that anything could go wrong when I met them. They were so outgoing and seemed like they had the wedding photography at Pioneer Village down to science. The wedding happened without a hitch. And then, after the dust settled from the wedding it occurred to me that I hadn't heard from them. I'll spare you the blow by blow, but it took several emails requesting an update on the pictures and three delivery attempts of a certified letter threatening to sue before Kellie finally delivered them to us. That was exactly 10 days before our one-year anniversary. We are just floored that a couple who appears so genuine and down-to-earth could be so careless with other people's money and treasured memories of one of the biggest days of their lives. I feel we were used for our up-front payment so they could just jump to the next up-front customer. It's a complete lack of integrity. Despite the quality of the pictures, I would not recommend The Big Picture. It's not worth the stress trying to pry the pictures from them.
