We got married in Mamaroneck last month and used TBP for all of our hair and makeup needs. We had a large group (16 people in total) and yet they worked with us to create the perfect schedule and team of stylists so ensure all of the bridesmaids, family members, and my makeup and hair were done on time and to absolute perfection. From the first hair and makeup trial to the touchups right before walking down the aisle, I knew EvaMarie would give me the bridal look of my dreams. I cannot say enough good things about Jessica Kachmar and Josephine Montemarano. They are both consummate professionals and extremely talented artists in their respective fields. My wife and I (we are same-sex couple) contracted with them for both our engagement shoot and our wedding. They did a spectacular job on both.

Josephine provided makeup for both my wife and I, our mothers, my sister, and our niece. It was a tall order for one day, but she was able to make everyone look amazing in a relatively tight timeframe. Her talent is in a class by itself -- truly. My sister, who is hard to please, was particularly impressed with Josephine's work.

I have very curly hair that is difficult to work with. Jessica was able to give me a stunning blow dry/curling iron finish for my engagement shoot. She also created an updo for my wedding that I am still getting compliments on. In addition, she created a beautiful hair extension for my wife to add length and fullness to her hair on our wedding day.

There really is nothing the two of them can't handle -- including my prewedding neurosis. They were both so calm, professional, and supportive -- just what every bride needs on her wedding day! They even traveled almost two hours to be onsite for our destination wedding in Long Island -- and they spent the whole day with us (until the end of cocktail hour) to do touchups! They consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend the two of them for all your beauty needs -- not just your engagement shoot or wedding beauty needs. You will be hard-pressed to find better.

Marisa did my hair for my recent wedding. She did a fabulous job. We were unable to do a trial run and Marisa has never worked with my hair before, but she was able to create a fantastic updo. I didn't have a set hairstyle picked out, only a few pictures for some inspiration. I trusted her and my hair came out better than I could have expected. She was able to incorporate my husband’s grandmother’s broche and a veil within my updo. I received compliments all day on my hair. I’m so thrilled with the work Marisa did and would highly recommend her.

Jessica is an amazing! She did my hair for my wedding last year and it came out great! So when my sister was getting married it was only natural we would have Jessica do our hair again. We were beyond happy with our hair, I showed her what I wanted and she was able to recreate it. I would recommend Jessica and the Beauty Parlor to everyone!

I had the absolute BEST experience using The Beauty Parlor. They were so flexible and met all of our needs. Jessica was amazing at coordinating a schedule for all of my bridesmaids (9!) to get their hair and makeup done. Her group of stylists even came to our hotel to make getting ready easier for us.
