The Barn is a unique wedding venue and the perfect place for your special day. Situated in quaint Bernardston, Massachusetts, the historic property also includes The Farm Table Restaurant (a beautifully restored farmhouse built c.1800) and The Bridal Carriage Suite for the bride and bridesmaids. The Barn’s post and beam architecture, vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and ample space offers a stunning setting for year-round events. Whether your celebration takes place in spring, summer, colorful fall or in the warmth of winter or holiday time, enjoy picturesque, beautifully landscaped perennial gardens and seasonally decorated grounds that give inspiring backdrops for photo ops! Within the surroundings, a whimsical, airy and lighted central courtyard invites you in for a relaxing retreat or communal gathering.

Facilities and Capacity

With its two-story exquisite 13,000 square feet, elegantly designed with a vaulted ceiling, The Barn accommodates large or intimate celebrations and is the ideal setting for your engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and everything in-between. Multiple spaces can be customized to fit your vision, and with two grand ballrooms and other cozy spots, couples can take advantage of and divide the space to better suit their style and wedding needs - whether casual, formal, large or small and intimate.

Experience the Harvest Ballroom, which boasts of an expansive dance floor reflecting light and creating a magical atmosphere. The Lucky Loft Ballroom is an intriguing space that highlights and showcases the rustic rafters and enchanting chandeliers. Both ballrooms are versatile to fit unique layouts and event types and offer beautiful backdrops for those memorable moments captured on video or camera. Ceremonies may be set up with arbors and décor that amplify and showcase the betrothed couple’s personalities.

The Bridal Carriage Suite

Feel right at home in your get ready space! The Bridal Suite is fashionably cozy for you and your bridesmaids. This former home once resided on the site of the Kringle Candle Flagship Store and offers spacious rooms for the wedding party with en suite facilities, including a shower. Comfortable, charming and luxurious with all the essentials you’ll need on your day!
