My daughter was married at the Barn on July 20, 2024. The original plan was to have an outdoor wedding, but on the Tuesday before the Saturday ceremony, due to the weather forecast, we had to flip it and move to have the ceremony indoors. I think it was more beautiful indoors than it would have been outdoors. We worked with Dee at the Barn and she was wonderful, amazing, excellent!! She was very easy to work with, returned phone calls or texts almost immediately, easy to contact, extremely helpful and accommodating. After the ceremony on the 2nd floor we all moved downstairs for the cocktail hour while the Barn staff flipped the 2nd floor from ceremony set up to reception set up. We would have never known it happened. Everything ran so smoothly. Dee took care of everything! We brought in so much stuff in preparation and she helped go through it and moved items to where they needed to be for the caterers or the bartenders, or wherever else they needed to go. She kept track of everything and nothing was lost. I would also highly, highly recommend using the vendors on the vendor list provided by the venue. They all had been to the venue many times before and were well versed in everything they needed to do. We hardly knew any of them were there and setting up. We used A Catered Affair for the catering, Image Entertainment for the DJ, and Fancy Plants Flowers & Design for the flowers. They were all amazing! We received so many compliments about how good the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and how beautifully it was decorated. The dance floor was always full. Karen at Fancy Plants sat down with my daughter and myself and really tried to understand my daughter’s vision and make it come to life. She took care of 90% or more of the decorating and repurposed so many of the flowers from the ceremony to the reception. It was fantastic! I would highly recommend the venue and every single vendor we used. The day was beautiful, amazing, exciting, and so much fun! It was also STRESS FREE due to everyone knowing what to do, where to go, and how to set up. I can’t say enough about all of them and the amazing day!

The Barn was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding. The venue is beautiful, unique and versatile given the many different spaces inside and out. Our guests were quite impressed and had a great experience. Also, the event management team provided excellent support and guidance along the way and a truly stress free day of support from start to finish. We highly recommend the Barn.

Look no further. The Barn at the Ackerhurst Dairy Farm is the complete venue--ceremony, cocktail hour, reception with dinner and dance. Dee, the coordinator, works with the bride's and groom's families from start to finish. Dee, bartenders, service assistants and the security guard are all part of the packaged deal. Our guests from California, Florida, Colorado, Arizona and Nebraska told us it was the most elegant venue they had ever attended and they had more fun at our wedding than any other, and we totally agreed! The Barn also has an elevator for those who need or want it. It's a Dream Come True Site for All!!
