LET US PLAN AND CATER THE WEDDING OF YOUR DREAMS...

Since 2000, when I catered my friend's wedding reception, bringing happiness to large and small groups alike through my cooking has become my passion.

My main goal when I started All Inclusive Catering was to offer amazing food to any amount of guests at an affordable rate. I try to go above and beyond my client's expectations every time.

I handle groups from 10 to 500 and more if you need! I have a very extensive menu that covers my 20 years in many different kitchens around Omaha.

I bring a relaxed professionalism to your event. I take the stress away for you so you can enjoy your event!

I specialize in planning and catering wedding receptions. From menu planning, to setup, to the reception, we offer a full service wedding package that includes everything from your refreshments to appetizers to full multi-course meals or buffets. Elegant or Casual, whatever style you like. With my wide range of food, I can satisfy any taste!

Incredible wedding day catering

We used All Inclusive Catering for our wedding day and we got so many compliments on our food! Matt was great to work with, very responsive, and accommodating to what we were wanting for our wedding day dinner. It was hard to choose between what appetizers, entrees, and sides we wanted because everything was so amazing when we did our tasting. Would highly recommend All Inclusive Catering for your wedding day!

Couldn’t have asked for a better meal

People will not stop ranting and raving about how amazing the food was! From appetizers to main dish everyone was loving it. Matt was super easy to work with and you can tell he is passionate about his food. His team was beyond professional and was very helpful.

Best Decision we made was this Caterer!!

Look no further! Matt does it all and so well! I was very nervous choosing a caterer for my Daughter's wedding as food is such a big part of the experience! Everything was top notch from the appetizers to the late night snack. Hands down the Best!!!!!

Food and service were amazing!

Chef Matt was very responsive in communication with us in planning my daughter's wedding reception meal. The food was delicious! We have guests that are still telling us that the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! We had the stuffed pesto chicken and prime rib, along with green beans almandine and garlic mashed potatoes. Each bite was amazing! Matt's servers were kind and professional! All Inclusive Catering played a big role in making our reception successful and memorable! Thanks!

Matt provided the food for our rehearsal dinner.

The experience working with Matt was fantastic. We were able to meet with him ahead of time and do a tasting which really helped us pick our menu. There were zero issues with the food delivery, but more than that, there were hardly any leftovers. We got so many compliments on the food and will eagerly use All Inclusive Catering in the future.

The perfect food !

Matt was a pleasure to work with! From the get go, and even when Covid came about he worked hard to find a way to make the dinner work and added extra servers to ensure it was smooth. The quality of the food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about how great the food was!

Spectacular!

Matt was absolutely incredible! We had two tastings with him and both times he served us full size portions and enough to take home to feed us a couple more times. We had so many compliments on our food at our daughters wedding, some even said it's the BEST food they've EVER had at a wedding! Matt was so patient and easy to work with and when we had a bartender not show up, Matt didn't hesitate and jumped right in to help out. We will absolutely hire Matt and his staff again for our other kids' weddings!

If I could tell literally everyone about Matt for their wedding or special event, I would!! He is THE BEST and so is all of his food! Matt recently catered our 300 person wedding with an incredible plated meal. I have gotten sooooo many compliments about how amazing the food was!! Matt was a joy to work with and was extremely flexible and accommodating, even when I couldn't make up my mind about meal choices! Matt and his team were willing to travel an hour and a half out to our venue in Iowa and he even made a trip to check out the venue before the event! I cannot say enough good things about Matt and All Inclusive Catering. Definitely try his stuffed mushrooms too - they are my FAVORITE!!!

We were so excited to book Matt Ziskey with All Inclusive Catering for our dinner buffet after we had a tasting with him. Matt made us full sized portions of all the hot food we requested, and it was amazing! Everything showed up at the reception exactly as we had it at our tasting, and our guests all loved the food. We had some leftovers, and it even reheated well! Get the garlic mashed potatoes – seriously!

Let me just start off with- our food was AMAZING. We did appetizers through him as well. Matt was so easy to work with through the entire planning process. He always responded promptly to all of my emails. Our guests were so surprised how fast the guests (450 of them) made it through the buffet lines. Our leftovers were packaged up for us to take home and Matt checked in with us before leaving! Food was delicious, service was amazing, can’t say enough how great it was to work with them!
