We are so happy that we went with Patricia Catering and Cocktails as the caterer for our wedding. The staff was super friendly and responsive throughout all of our communication with them, and they answered all the questions we had. We even had a couple of last-minute changes that they agreed to do with no problems at all! We had several people attending our wedding that needed specific gluten-free meals, and they were able to make completely separate plates for them at no extra charge. The food was also incredible! A lot of the other caterers that we had tested were good, but they just tasted like typical wedding reception food. You could really tell that Patricia’s goes above and beyond in the quality and taste of their food. My only critique was that even as the first ones of the night to eat, the food was a little bit cold, but that was easy to overlook with how delicious it was. They even offered a service to us for cutting the cake at no additional charge, we would highly recommend them!

The food tasted great and we got to take home the leftovers at the end of the night. Out of all the catering companies we looked at for our wedding Patricia Catering was the most affordable and had the best tasting food.

Patricia's Catering, catered our wedding reception, and I have nothing but astounding things to say about them. We had a chicken fried chicken with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, salad and a fruit salad. Every guest I have spoken with has raved about the food. My own mother told me the gravy was possibly the best she had ever tasted. The chicken was hot and flavorful! The potatoes were amazing, the gravy truly was delicious. The coleslaw we got was an amazing vinegar based slaw that was very good. The salad was a mixed green with apples, pears, walnuts and some great dressing. I cannot thank them enough for such an amazing meal! I would highly recommend Patricia's to anyone planning their wedding in the metro area!

Patricia's was a fantastic vender and very easy to work with! They have done this a long time, the food was great, and the service was great! We didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of the wedding and everything was so good! They served our cake and stocked our candy table and it was all included. Plus they have candy bar jars that you can use that are all included...that's huge ladies! Would do it all over again :)

Patricia Catering was wonderful! We spent a lot of time looking for an affordable caterer, and my husband came across Patricia Catering. The food was delicious (all of our guests commented on how wonderful it was!), and the price was great!

I'm pretty sure they even helped finish up the center pieces for us without being asked. I had lights that needed to be turned on just before guests arrived and placed in the bottom of the centerpieces, and I had forgotten to assign somebody to that task. I was surprised to see that it had been done when we got there! :)

We had several problems. 1. I paid extra to have the waiters to operate a popcorn machine. They burnt every batch which made our reception smell like burnt popcorn the entire evening. The payment included a cleaning afterwards which they refused to do until I threatened to call Patricia. When I went to return the machine I had to clean it there (or lose my deposit) because they said it was unacceptable. 2. The appetizers were burnt. We had drummetes and pastry wrapped asparagus. The underside of the puff pastry were black and rock hard. 3. We had the food served family style. The waiters became so confused that it took nearly 30 minutes for all 9 tables to get the overdressed salads and even longer for everyone to get the rest of the food. It took so long for the food that guests actually left before the entire meal was served. 4. I was told that the waitresses would cut the cake and put them on plates for everyone to choose from which nobody did. My mom actually had to cut the cake and serve them to our guests. 5. They tried to take our chair covers saying that they were rentals when in fact I actually bought them myself.
6. There was no management on site, just 2 or 3 waitresses. My biggest problem is that when I was so impressed with the trial I thought that what I was going to get at the reception. I was disappointed and tried not to let it bother me but it was unfortunate. I think all of this could have been avoided if there was a manager on the floor rather than a few teenage waitresses. I was very disappointed between the burnt food, confused wait staff, and overall lack of professionalism in the service. I didn't want to leave this review but thought that others would want to know when considering a caterer

The food was just okay, and the service was deplorable. They were incredibly accommodating & responsive before we put down the deposit. After that, they weren't terribly concerned with answering questions or meeting our needs. They send us the first invoice over a week late and then were upset when we couldn't submit payment the day it was sent. We offered to pay via credit card, but they wouldn't allow that and then were upset when it a couple of days for the check to come in the mail. I understand that they wouldn't want to pay the fee inherent in credit card transactions but they either need to suck it up and move into the 21st-century or they need to add the credit card fee to a customers bill. When dealing with them on the phone, they were truly rude and dismissive and threatened to not cater our wedding if they didn't get the cashiers check that day. Again let me remind you this is after they sent the invoice over a week late. Then, after the disagreement about payment, and the food that was merely adequate, they had the audacity to ask us to use our $250 deposit to tip the waitstaff. Though the waitstaff was great, my husband and I were unwilling to tip out after having such a terrible experience with management. If you use them, stay on top of them and make sure you get the invoices on time otherwise you will be the one scrambling days before your wedding to make sure the food is made.
