I can't imagine having our reception anywhere else but the Omaha Palazzo. We looked at 12 wedding venues, and it was the only one that checked all of our boxes. Maddie Price was our coordinator and is amazing. She was always available to us, answered our numerous questions, and made sure to get all of our details perfect for our special day including set up, coordinating staff, and so much more. Thank you to everyone at the Omaha Palazzo for making our day more than we could've imagined. I would recommend them to anyone for their wedding or other events!

This is a beautiful venue with newly redone floors, new paint, and gorgeous chandeliers throughout the building. There is a very intimate bridal suite and greenery outside for great pictures. The arch and brick building make for some pretty pictures as well. We booked il Palazzo in 2018, when we got engaged, for our 2020 wedding. From that time, we had two different management companies and four different coordinators. We were worried when we were assigned a fourth new coordinator 6 months before our big day, HOWEVER, Jessica was amazing and really came through. From the time she took over everything went smoothly. From getting the details solidified to the minor details of what went where, she was there every step of the way. She answered every single question I had, even the really silly ones. That’s not even the extent of it, she went above and beyond on the day of that people were coming up and telling us how great she was-but we already knew that! She matched our personalities and was fun to work with while making sure thing went exactly how they were supposed to. As a bride I didn’t want to worry about if my napkins would get on the tables, or the venue would be ready for the reception after the ceremony, and I didn’t have to with Jessica. She is a superstar!! If you get a change to book at any Omaha Event Group location, please do, and make sure you get Jessica as your coordinator.

We had quite a few changes to personnel during our almost 2 year long engagement. Ended up working with Dallas, Azalia, and Robert during the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding. Had a last minute meeting with Dallas and Robert, and the two get along well. They are fun to be around! Robert impressed me with his professionalism, and I called my fiance that day and told him so. He knew exactly who I was talking about day of our wedding! It was miserably hot outside (99 degrees and HUMID). We were taking photos outside, and Robert brought us out a pitcher of water, for us and our photographers. Very glad we got to work with these individuals! Glad we chose the Palazzo!!!!

Il Palazzo is such a beautiful place by itself. When you go and add your own decor then it just adds even more to it! Missy (event coordinator) was such a sweet lady. She definitely went above and beyond for us! I have already recommended this place to many of my friends!

I don't even know where to begin...not only was the venue fantastic and gorgeous, but Missy the coordinator way FANTASTIC! She bent over backwards for us from the beginning. She had many meetings with us to help us feel assured that our day would run seamlessly. There were some mixups that were due to miscommunications, but Missy went above and beyond to fix them and was super accommodating. She abides by her word and will do anything to make your day the best ever. A coordinator can be really pricy, but at the Palazzo its all included! From the beginning I was so excited to have our wedding at the Palazzo and I would do it all over again! Our guests ranted and raved about how BEAUTIFUL the venue was...and secrets out...it was so REASONABLY priced for all that you get! Look at it...I promise you will not be disappointed!

I had my reception here last weekend and I can honest give every area a 5 star rating. Melissa was extremely flexible through the entire experience. She worked hard to give us our dream party. She put my mind at ease. I knew that she would make everything beautiful and go smoothly that day and I was right... She did a phenomenal job. The price was just right... Though, you can't put a price on piece of mind. The staff was excellent and kept my guests entertained and happy all night. If you're looking for a quality venue Id choose this venue every time

il Palazzo was absolutely amazing! It is gorgeous on the outside and inside and very spacious. We had 250 guests and no one was bumping into one another. They have a very accommodating and friendly staff - Stephanie, Kim and Diana were great to work with! Stephanie is very responsive to emails and phone calls. The only issue was the WiFi in the building. We had a photo booth that printed unlimited 4x6 prints and unfortunately an hour into the prints the building's WiFi went down and prints were unable to be made and given to our guests. The photo booth company realized what the problem was with the WiFi and still refunded us our portion for the unlimited prints plus bought backup servers in case it were to happen again or at any other venue.

I was not happy that we only had one caterer to pick from but it ended up being fine the food and service was excellent! Maddie the event planner was so great - loved her!
