Along with the site’s talented team of wedding specialists, you can create the celebration you’ve always dreamed of.

Facilities and Capacity

This stylish hotel has enough event space to accommodate festivities of up to 800 guests. They have multiple indoor ballrooms to choose from, including the Heritage Ballroom which offers over 9,500 square feet of flexible space. Ideal for ceremonies as well as receptions, this ballroom can include seated guests, a spacious dance floor, live entertainment, and more. For an event space with a more intimate setting, the Summit Ballroom is a little less than 5,000 square feet. This ballroom can be configured in a variety of ways and accommodate 350 guests for a seated reception. For intimate weddings, The Carson and Fremont rooms make for quaint celebrations with vistas of the surrounding areas. Including an outdoor terrace, these areas are great for ceremonies and receptions that run long into the night. These rooms are 1,140 square feet in size and can hold up to 70 guests. Additional facilities include a relaxing outdoor swimming pool, a luxurious bar area, on-site parking.

The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel offers your friends and family 273 rooms to choose between. Out of these guestrooms, 22 are suites and offer stunning views of the Pikes Peak Mountain in the front range of the Rocky Mountains. My Husband and I picked the Antler's because we wanted the convenience of having our ceremony and reception in one spot. We didn't want our guest to travel since most of them would be coming inout of town. The Staff at the Antler's went above and beyond our expectations. The ceremony took place in front of the hotel, Josh made sure everything was perfect. The reception was amazing the food and service was exceptional. We would highly recommend this venue!!!

They were always there for assistance when needed! Whether it was more rooms that needed to be booked to adding more tables and chairs for our wedding reception. A special shout out to Amber, the catering manager, who went above and beyond my expectations to help make my wedding very special!

Amber and the Antlers are a TOP NOTCH operation. EVERYONE was kind, wanting to help, polite, and really did care that you had the best night of your life. The Antlers is a hotel that has an ambiance second to none. All and all would not give one bad rating for this hotel as they went above and beyond for my wife and I.

If you are in the Colorado Springs area and are looking for a venue to hold a wedding reception, the Antlers Hilton is the place for you. The service, food, and all around experience were second to none. So glad that we chose this venue.

I primarily dealt with the Catering Sales Manager, Michael Wicinski. He was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to emails and voicemails. There was a hiccup regarding having the wrong credit card charged by the accounting department but they quickly corrected this. Overall we had a wonderful experience and a pleasant staff that worked our wedding reception. The food was great and our guests had fun!

Michael Wicinski was our catering manager and he is by far one of the best representatives I have ever dealt with. Granted, I've only been married once and he and his staff made my experience so unforgettable and wonderful. He is located in Colorado Springs and I am from Texas. The communication he had with me from long distance was phenomenal. He was there to help with every questions, suggestion, problem you name it! And always took care of everything. I highly recommend The Antlers Hilton and Michael. They will go above and beyond to make your wedding perfect.

We had 55 rooms reserved at The Antlers Hilton for our son's wedding. The staff was great ahead of time with setting up our reservation link, answering questions, keeping us informed about reservations, and increasing the number of rooms we had available to us. They also gave us a hospitality room to gather in. We hosted a brunch the morning after the wedding that was fantastic. Everyone we encountered from the bellman and front desk staff to the wait staff and housekeeping was friendly, helpful and always asked what they could do for us. If you are looking for a place in downtown Colorado Springs for your guests to stay you don't need to look further than the Antlers Hilton.

The staff is absolutely top notch. I have only positive things to say about them. The food was also outstanding. It is still a bit pricey for off season but, I do understand it was around Christmas and holiday parties but, off season for weddings.

The Antlers is a lovely venue. The food was amazing and the tables looked great. It was classy.
They have a HIGH staff turnover. I worked with 3 Catering managers while planning my wedding. That was a downfall, because the day of the event they had the dinner time wrong, and forgot the Appetizers. But when I asked, they fixed it right away. So in the end everything turned out lovely.
They do serve some of the best food in town. And the cake was amazing!

Everything turned out great at the Antlers...the food and environment were exceptional. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny though!
