Founded in Commerce, Texas, Texas Gold Connection was established in 1982, and the legacy of tradition and service began. Bart Sherer, a former jeweler for a jewelry store in Greenville, Texas set out to create his own business in the jewelry industry. He began by preforming jewelry repair and custom manufacturing for other stores in the industry. In 1983, he moved his company to Greenville to open his first store that was accessible to the public, with the increase in business, his wife Sissy joined the business. Together, they have built a prosperous business specializing in jewelry repair and custom manufacturing.
