My fiance bought my ring from Tesoro Jeweler's in Springfrield Mall. He designed a halo engagement ring for me, which turned out beautifully!! ONE PROBLEM, the small diamonds around the halo fell out on 4 different occaisons. I spoke with Patrick, one of the salesmen, who sent my ring back to their jeweler in NY the first 3 times. After not having my ring for the first few months of being engaged, I got very upset and was about to trade it in until I demanded they send it to a different jeweler. Thank god that fixed the problem and I have not had any trouble since. I do not know what was causing the diamonds to fall out, but I was VERY dissatisfied with the amount of time it took to fix the problem.
