Our approach is to keep the venue pricing and relationship as simple as possible. Would you like to make monthly payments instead of huge lump sums? Okay, done.

​At Terra Nue LLC we believe that just because we can doesn't mean we should. This approach allows for so many wonderful couples to have a memorable special day without paying for that day over the next 2 - 3 years! We are an authentic country farm and provide all the equipment and buildings needed for a big celebration. We have no hidden cost - no extra charges for bathrooms, plates, decor or napkins. Having hosted over 100 weddings, not one has ever received a bill the day of or after the wedding. Country Rustic

Terra Nue Farm was amazing! We couldnt have asked for a better place to get married. you get the whole place to yourself for the day. And if you want to get married outside and the weather doesnt look great they come with an indoor plan B option already. You won't have to rent a tent so already saving you money :)

Like a movie set!

Terra Nue Farm is beyond charming and Sue, the owner, was a great partner for our big day. We did the DIY option which was so important for both our budget and for us to have exactly what we wanted (choose our own caterer, bring our own beer choices, care less about flowers & more about experiences). We hardly decorated at all and we didn't need to because the venue has so much built in charm - there are goats and gardens and great lighting and an old tractor!
Sue provided us with suggestions and recommendations but she let us make all the decisions on what should go where. She was super flexible and added some perks we didn't expect.
We highly recommend Terra Nue Farms for your wedding or other event!

Absolutely wonderful to work with!! Sue is amazing and so knowledgeable about making your day absolutely amazing!! She is so responsive on email and is willing to help with whatever you need! I had no worries that day when it came to the venue or any of the other vendors. Everyone had an amazing time, tons of great comments from guests!! So much for everyone to do and beautiful surroundings!! My husband and I were able to just take in the day! I am so glad we chose to go with Terra Nue!!

Cannot recommend these two highly enough. They were so great, helped us set up, break down, and provided tons of activities for family and friends while we were taking pictures. Site is beautiful, the barn was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Animals to pet ducks to chase the kids were well taken care of and entertained.

The venue was in the country but perfectly not far from the airport for all of my guests to travel in from (35-45min).

Terra Nue is a beautiful little working farm that has been beautified for weddings and events. The picturesque red converted cowbarn with light beams coming down through slatted walls; two story little red shed converted to bridal suite; tractor barn for the groomsmen to hang in; small animal corral with goats/chickens/mule/ducks; horses at pasture in the background; and much much more!

Sue Hegstrom was so patient and easy to work with. I had the challenge of planning everything from overseas and Sue was so helpful and even calmed my worries when things came up closer to the date. She was patient, kind, helpful and straightforward. I couldn't have stumbled upon a more perfect venue and lucked out on a more perfect person to work with under our circumstances.

I highly recommend Terra Nue for events of all kinds. (I would have rethought to have a winter wedding there after seeing the beautiful rink set up next to the barn! Check it out brides to be!)
