They brought together an amazing team of vendors, and created so many unique and personal experiences for our guests - there were so many small touches that made sure that our friends and family felt so loved on our wedding day. Worth the wait! We postponed our wedding in 2020 because of the pandemic, and weren’t sure if we would even be able to have the wedding we wanted this year. Even when we weren’t sure, Meehan and her team continued the planning process, so that when we finally were hopeful that we could have our wedding after all, everything was already set. We were able to focus on all of the ways to make the wedding ours - the decorations, the music, and the food. Our guests all said that everything was completely perfect and that our day felt effortless. We completely agree, but that was all due to Meehan’s efforts.

Three wedding dates. Four venues. Seven different designs. Planning a wedding in a pandemic could have been a complete disaster. But the girls at Telluride Unveiled were two steps ahead of every change, and had options lined up whenever covid threw another challenge our way. Our wedding day was not as we originally planned, but it was even better than we could have ever dreamed it to be! When things go awry, these ladies are exactly who you want by your side.

Where can I even begin?!? By the time that our wedding arrived, I felt like Meehan should have been a bridesmaid. We worked with Meehan for over two years because we had to postpone our wedding, and every single moment we spoke with her, we felt so much better about everything - even things that weren’t wedding related. Our wedding weekend was incredibly personal, meticulously organized, and completely amazing in every way. I wish we could get married over and over again!

Throughout the entire course of planning our wedding, the girls from Telluride Unveiled were amazing. They kept us completely up to date with the constant changes from covid, and kept the process moving forward in a way that was streamlined, organized and still fun. When we finally arrived, everything was exactly as we wanted it to be, and we were finally able to celebrate exactly how we wanted.

Meehan and her team are everything you could possibly want in a wedding coordinator and then some. Personable, well-connected, able to execute a vision, the list goes on.

When we initially planned our June 2020 wedding, we'd invited 200+ people to join us in Telluride for the celebration. As a total control freak myself, I was a little wary of turning the reigns over to plan our big day, but Meehan had every vendor locked down within a few weeks of us signing a contract and brought in design elements I never would have dreamed of.

Cue global pandemic. As it became clear that our large scale wedding was not going to happen, Meehan helped us pivot to a small wedding on the rooftop of our VRBO. While things were incredibly suspect (the town was essentially closed to visitors up until two weeks before our arrival) Meehan deftly helped us pull together a beautiful, COVID-conscious ceremony with Bridal Veil Falls in the background followed by an outdoor dinner at 221 Oak. As was the case for many 2020 brides, I never could have imagined a disaster of this proportion "interfering" with our day and yet, with Meehan's help, we ended up with something that felt intimate, effortless, and fun as we shared our wedding vows with a select few friends and family members.

On the less romantic side, she also handled reworking all of our contracts so that we did not take a hit for our massive scale back.

They were so incredibly proactive… Meehan reached out before news channels even started covering the coronavirus, and we had half a dozen contingency plans in place before we even knew what was happening. Every single one of our vendors said that Telluride Unveiled was the only company that was proactively reaching out, and because of that, when we finally had to make the decision to adjust our wedding date, it was the simplest thing to do. This team is AMAZING, and should be the first contract you sign if you are planning a destination wedding.

From the moment we booked with their team, we knew we were in good hands, but it was only when things went wrong that we really saw how exceptionally skilled these ladies are. We literally planned 3 different weddings as the covid-19 situation evolved, and they were always completely transparent, insanely proactive, and amazingly patient with us as we navigated the process. Without them, there is no way we would have been able to get married. It ultimately was everything that we wanted, and a day that was more “us” than we would have ever thought possible.

Two decades of event experience absolutely shows when you’re in the middle of a pandemic! We originally were planning a wedding for 200, and ended with an intimate wedding surrounded by only our families and bridal party. I honestly had no idea how much work was going on in the background of our planning process until we started talking about the reality of whether or not our original vision could occur. They had contingency plans for contingency plans, and somehow managed to blend straight up truth talks with soft reassurance - even when they were delivering terrible news, we always got off the phone feeling better. Our wedding wasn’t what we thought it would be, but it actually more special, and more beautiful than we ever thought possible.
