A fine art and wedding photographer, Ted Lauder Photographer is located in Hanalei, Hawaii. Having lived in Kauai for more than 25 years, Ted has established himself as one of Hawaii’s premier wedding and portrait photographers. He is lauded for both his artistic talents as well as his wit, humor, and engagement with each of his clients.

Experience
Ted Lauder studied fine art at a local college known nationally for its art department, and matured as a fine art painter with many awards, as well as collectors interested in his work. He traveled to Europe to study the classical masters, and while documenting his adventures, found his love for photography. Since then, his work has been published in Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, Women's Wear Daily, Family Circle, Billboard, Gig, Men's Journal, Outside, Islands Magazine, and Brides and Bridal Magazine, among others.

Ted Lauder Photographer employs a contemporary, photojournalistic style of photography. To ensure he doesn’t miss a moment, Ted commits to just one event per day, and can stay for additional hours and go with you to multiple locations. He can also bring a second shooter, if needed. In addition to weddings and portraits, Ted Lauder Photographer also shoots engagement and trash-the-dress sessions. He is willing to travel for destination weddings as well. Ted edits photos using hand-coloring, toning, and custom graphics as desired, and provides the final images to his clients as albums, canvases, digital files, and standard and matted prints.
