Rachel is such an amazing, talented photographer. Her photos are spectacular and she is a complete joy to work with. Rachel stepped in last minute when our original photographer had to cancel and it was probably the best thing that could've happened. She made us feel super comfortable and at ease with what could've easily been a really stressful situation. She was very detail-oriented and would input little tips and tricks like how to pose or angle our bodies or if I needed to adjust my hair or dress in order to help us look our absolute best. When we got our pictures back (while we were still on our honeymoon, she was that fast!!!!!) we couldn't get over how beautifully she had captured our day. I cannot say enough nice things about Rachel. She is an angel sent from above to give us beautiful wedding photography.

We worked with Rachel for our October 2015 wedding at Haiku Mill in Maui, Hawaii. She was such a wonderful person to work with before the wedding itself - my husband and I wanted some nighttime shots that deviated from her/the typical wedding photography style, and she was excited and willing to accommodate. The day of, she really put us at ease and was both kind and calm and excited about the details of our wedding and shooting it. Our turnaround time to actually getting the photos seemed better than some friends I know who have gotten married, and the photos themselves were absolutely beautiful. Rachel shot on film for the daytime pictures and then accommodated our request for nighttime shots, which she shot digitally. We're pretty picky people with a specific aesthetic and Rachel was able to marry her own aesthetic with ours for a beautiful result. We would absolutely recommend her. Her work is gorgeous and she is a kind and genuinely awesome person, too.
