TBC Venue has been nothing but amazing

This place is the best. I have so many questions and have changed my mind many times and they totally understand and help me!!! They are all patient and very sweet!!!

I have done two fundraisers with this venue and have been nothing but impressed. The staff has gone over and beyond for anything that we have ever needed, brought ideas to us to help save money in anyway possible. After working with them when I got engaged we decided to book our wedding with them. Our wedding is in three weeks and everything is planned out. I don't have to worry about anything; centerpieces, food, dj, photographer, and cake, all I have to do is show up. I cannot say how blessed I am to have them. I have never had any problems with communication anytime I've called they've been quick to answer any questions or concerns I've had move things around anything. If you are looking for a great venue that will make your day stress-free I highly recommend TBC

If you're getting married on a budget, I would definitely look into this venue. They are incredibly well priced. They set up, cleaned up, provided catering; they have a great house DJ who we also used. They're just a short drive down I55 to Pevely (which is a pretty drive in the fall). Michelle and Kathy are very friendly. Michelle runs this particular venue, and she did a fabulous job setting everything up the way I asked her to.

Everyone was so nice that worked with me and any time i had a question they made sure to answer right away they made sure that my reception was the way i wanted it and well it was it was so perfect and if i need a hall for anything ever again i will deffinally go there!!!

This is a great venue to use if you are on a budget. Their prices are VERY reasonable compared to some others in the area and regularly run specials and offer bonus perks to your package. The staff is great to work with. They are very flexible and really want to help you make each part of your wedding day dreams come true. They may be a little more casual than you expect to experience with a wedding reception venue but don't worry- they do great work.

Everything was decent at the beginning but kind of slowly went down hill. Payment was due 14 days prior to the wedding but at this point we weren't sure if everyone had RSVP'd. I had asked her when the last payment could be made and she stated the day before the wedding. A few days after we paid I had another 17 people RSVP and let her know. She wanted money ASAP, which I found a little weird due to the fact she stated I had until the day before the wedding to finish paying and at this point it was a week prior. Of course, the day after I drop off a check for an additional $500 nearly 20 people notified they would no longer be able to come. I talked to Megan two days after I dropped off the check notifying her of this and seeing what we could do about what I just paid TWO DAYS prior. Of course, nothing. They do not prepare any additional food so if someone extra shows up and didn't RSVP someone isn't eating, which is completely bogus for a venue to do. I paid an additional $300 for a photobooth attendant, NO NOT DO IT!!!!! It was literally a girl standing in the corner of the room with her PHONE taking pictures. It was extremely cheesy. Half the time I'm not even sure where she was. The photo booth dress up selection was just plain sad. The first 10 minutes I am there they knocked my bouquet on the floor and spilled water all over the front table. There was no different when it came to cutting the cake. We we're just standing up there confused on what to do and they put ONE plastic fork on the cake table for the two of us. The roast beef was dried out and not very good. Then to top it off I ended up paying for 160 people to eat and around 140 showed up and they didn't even give me the left over food. So I spent that additional $500 for my left over food to either go home with the staff or to go into the trash can? Completely frustrating.

BEWARE!!! This is the WORST place you could consider for your special occasion. They are RUDE, will change your selected packaging after signing a contract and putting down a deposit, and then refuse to compensate for their changes nor issue a refund. They even canceled my reception without refund WITHOUT signing a cancelation policy!!
