So great to work with and super flexible! My venue had a very small kitchen and he was able to make it work! Served around 400 guests and everyone raved about the food!

Joe Tavcar has done my best friend and her sisters' weddings. His food is to die for. He loves cooking with such a passion, more so than any other caterer I'd met. His team was great to work with. He's a bit quirky, but he knows what he's doing. Most importantly, the food the day of the wedding was DELICIOUS! Everyone loved it. And everyone raved about the cheesecake - I only wished I had a moment to stop and get a piece before it was all gone. Joe was so flexible about his menu, the quirks that came along with our venue, and the bumps in the road the day of the wedding. His prices were excellent as well. I HIGHLY recommend his food and services.
