The Beach

Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club works in partnership with Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park to make your beach event a reality. Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park is one of the most popular seashore destinations in Naples and has been rated as one of the best beaches in the nation. This mile-long stretch of white sugar-fine-sand is located on a narrow barrier island seperated from the mainland by mangroves and tidal creeks. The variety of vegetataion at Delnor Wiggins Pass features sea oats, sea grapes and cabbage palms. The clear blue water reaches out towards the horizon surrounding you with pristine views of the Gulf of Mexico laps gently at your feet.

Have your entire event on the beach or combine the Club dining venues for your event. Your guests can access the park by car or choose the Club's Endless Summer pontoon boat to transport your guests to the beach by water.

The Endless Summer Beach Shuttle Pontoon Boat

Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club offers the "Endless Summer" as an added experience for your guests. The Endless Summer 46 passenger pontoon boat features cushioned seating, beverage bar and restroom. The beach shuttle is an ideal way for you and your guests to travel the Cocohatchee River to your beach event or just enjoy a water nature tour through the backwaters. Passengers aboard the Endless Summer might catch a glimpse of dolphins, manatees, herons, eagles and egrets along the way. Our professional Captains and Mates will be happy to point out items of interest to your guests as your choice of music is played on the boats sound system.

Outdoor Locations at the Club

Tropical Courtyard: The Club's Tropical Courtyard and pool is surrounded by water of the Bay and Royal Palm Trees. Indulge your senses with salty air from the Gulf, the soft rustle of palms swaying in the breeze and the beautiful native landscaping greeting your eye. The Tropical Courtyard can accommodate up to 150 guests with outside seating for your ceremony and/or reception. As the sun slowly sinks through the mangroves lighting them in shades of pink and orange; or the stars spread out in a canopy above as you dance the night away, the Tropical Courtyard offers a memorable location for your event.

Tiki Bar

Tiki Bar: The 400 square foot Tiki Bar is a favorite for wedding cocktail receptions. It offers a genuine Southwest Florida atmosphere to any event complete with frozen drinks topped by fresh tropical fruit. Overlooking the Tropical Courtyard, pool and lake, the Tiki Bar is an intimate location for events. If you are a fun-loving couple looking to get in a "Naples" state-of-mind with your guests, the Tiki Bar reflects all that is great about the Southwest Florida destination.

Outdoor Functions

All outdoor functions will have a backup, indoor space. Due to weather conditions, the Club will decide whether the event will remain outdoors or be relocated indoors. Once an indoor move has been decided the decision will be finalized.

Indoor Locations at the Club

Main Dining Room: The Club's Main Dining Room offers an old-Florida charm that's reminiscent of the days of Hemingway. French doors overlooking Wiggins Bay, the marina and Tropical Courtyard on all exterior walls brings the outside in. A classic dark wood bar accentuates the surrounding tropical landscape and offers an intimate gathering place for your guests. The Main Dining room can accommodate up to 100 guests with a dance floor.

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse located on the second floor of the Club offers views of the Wiggins Bay, the Cocohatchee River, the marina and the tropical courtyard; high among the palm fronds. The Lighthouse's deep mahogany bar spanning the length of the room, French doors which open onto a private patio and quiet alcoves is why the Lighthouse is a favorite among the Club's members. The Lighthouse has a majestic open staircase or an elevator that will transport your guests to the birds-eye-view of all that makes the Club a hidden paradise. The Lighthouse can accommodate 60-80 guests dependent on floor-plan for the event.

The Captain's Quarters

The Captain's Quarters is the ideal space for small private dining and corporate meetings. Located off of the Main Dining Room, the Captains Quaters has picture windows overlooking the lake and Cypress trees. It's warm yellow walls and detailed ceiling molding offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere. For a private party or corporate meeting of up to 30 guests, the Captains Quarters is the perfect choice.

Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club specializes in menus with a Southwest Florida influence. It is a source of pride that the Club uses the freshest local seafood, produce and ingredients available. Our Chefs will be pleased to meet with you personally to discuss your menu. Their cornucopia of culinary knowledge creates a memorable culinary experience for you and your guests. Choose from plated five course dinners to casual buffets; the Club is pleased to offer you customized menus that best reflects your vision for your event.

Also available for private events is our Organic Menu Packages that combines great flavors with organic or free-range ingredients.
