om the moment we stepped into our wedding venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our big day. The location itself was stunning—breathtaking views, beautiful architecture, and a magical atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a fairytale. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Deanna, the wedding and event manager. She went above and beyond to ensure that our day was seamless and stress-free. The servers and staff were so professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They anticipated every need and made sure that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. The venue itself was flawless, and the staff’s dedication to making our vision come to life was truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our love, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day perfect. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with a team that cares deeply about your special day, this is it. Highly recommend!

Jonathan worked with us non stop. We luckily booked the venue prior to Covid so we had no issues at all. Any questions, concerns, or changes that needed to be made Jonathan was there to help. The venue was the most beautiful location inside and out and you can really make it your own. And for the price, we were so surprised how much we got! Thank you Jonathan and Olde Cypress for making our wedding dreams come true!

Kensington was AMAZING throughout our entire process! I can't say enough about COLBY, she went above and beyond on everything. She was always in constant communication with my husband (Alex) and I. It was truly our DREAM wedding and it would not have been possible without this gorgeous venue and amazing staff. The food was AMAZING, everyone cannot stop talking about not only the food but how beautiful the venue was as well. The drinks were also a big hit as everyone had such a great time. We could not thank Kensington and their staff enough. Do not hesitate to book this venue as you will have the best experience and memories that will last a lifetime!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Heritage Bay! We actually booked the venue without even touring it in person, and the moment we finally saw it and met Brooke, we knew we had made the right decision. The space was absolutely stunning and felt like it was made for us. Brooke and Emily went above and beyond to make our day feel seamless, special, and completely stress-free. They were organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about every detail. Their calm, positive energy made the entire planning process so much easier, and on the big day, everything ran flawlessly thanks to them. We felt so supported and cared for from start to finish. If you're considering Heritage Bay, don't hesitate — it was truly the best decision we made for our May 2025 wedding.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful Vineyards Country Club. Demi and staff went above and beyond!!! Everything was beautiful and the food was delicious. if you want an unforgettable wedding I highly recommend The Vineyards Country Club.

We used them for our welcome dinner and Kathy and her staff did a great job. And the food was awesome and reasonable!

The Windstar on Naples Bay is the perfect south Florida location for a wedding reception! Our guests raved about the gorgeous sunset and golf course views (we loved seeing our guests use the sunset photos they snapped in their Christmas cards), the quality and taste of the cocktail hour appetizers and plated dinner, simple elegance of the dining room, and fun location of a large wooden bar adjoining the dance floor. The location of the dance floor created a fun flow and has great space for a 6 piece band. The Windstar also has uplights, cloth backdrops for the head table, silver charges, and a selection of linens which made planning a destination wedding seamless. The Windstar designed the room and cocktail hour set up, which takes another item off a bride's to-do list. The Windstar planned the perfect number of bar tenders and servers to provide exceptional and timely service. We planned for dinner and speeches to take under 1 hour. The Windstar delivered! We highly recommend the duo plate. The Windstar also accommodated our many guests dietary restrictions and made room for my request for homemade mac & cheese (my favorite meal as well known by our guests!). Jason and I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon such an amazing venue in our Wedding Wire searches! To conclude, they are experts at hosting large events - they do it all the time - and the venue is naturally elegant with great views. It’s the perfect venue for a bride like me who didn't have the time or experience to plan all the details and do craft projects but wanted a beautiful reception with great food and a packed dance floor.

I got married at Cypress Woods and my experience was nothing but incredible. Overall, the venue was great. The venue itself was beautiful, the interior dining room was newly renovated and looks amazing! It served as an excellent space for the reception. The exterior spaces were beautiful as well. They do their own catering, and the food was phenomenal. My guests raved about it for days! The venue also provided the dance floor, linens, chargers/plates/glasses/etc, and Geo ordered me specialty blush pink napkins, free of charge. They also provided me with a newly constructed arch for my ceremony, also free of charge! The entire clubhouse was spacious, and had plenty of room for eating, dancing, drinking, and my photobooth. Now onto the people. Geovani and his team was a WONDERFUL group to work with! Geo, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, answering every single question in a timely manner. He made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process, and even surprised us with champagne and beer on the morning of the wedding. His team was also equally kind and efficient, helping with setup and breakdown, and offering great service during dinner. We even had a slight crisis, and Geo and his team completely turned it around. At the exact moment my ceremony was supposed to begin, it began to rain out of nowhere. My ceremony was originally planned to take place outside in the back, facing the lake (which was a beautiful view and I'm sad I didn't get to use it, but you can’t control rain!). We decided to pivot and instead hold the ceremony in the front of the venue and Geo and his team RUSHED to move everything to the front. My wedding planner said that most of my decorations wouldn’t be able to be moved since they were all soaked, and imagine how emotional I got when I looked outside my window and saw Geo and his team carrying my floral arch out in the rain and to its new location. They also managed to move the flower petals and candles that were outlining the original aisle, to the new makeshift aisle in the front. They completely turned over the new ceremony space in a matter of minutes, and managed to make it feel just as special and beautiful. After my ceremony and photos, my husband and I rushed inside to have a few minutes to ourselves, and Geo was kind enough to fix together a small plate of h’ordeuvres and drinks for us. This is yet again just another testament to how thoughtful and kind Geo was. Cypress Woods was the absolute best choice for my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier. The venue was perfect, and Geo and his team were truly some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, and my only regret is that it’s over!

We used Greenlinks for housing for our out of town guest and ourselves on our wedding weekend. The beds were so comfortable and the staff very kind. All of our guest said they will be staying there in the future next time they visit again!

Keith Duerr at Naples Lakes Country is professional and very attentive. I had bot my wedding and ceremony at NLCC and at a reasonable price. We chose to have the ceremony by their beautiful fountain which fit 150 guests! Keith is very quick with his correspondences and so easy to work with. He was mindful to stay within our budget and ensured that everything was perfect forthr big day. His staff was also amazing and delightful. Very professional and all set up an clean up was taken care of by the staff. We had to do nearly nothing to set up for the ceremony and reception. The view from the inside is gorgeous and it is very clean and lovely inside. Great value! I highly recommend working with Keith. He was such a joy and a wonderfully calm influence to have had around on our big day.
