The Windstar on Naples Bay is the perfect south Florida location for a wedding reception! Our guests raved about the gorgeous sunset and golf course views (we loved seeing our guests use the sunset photos they snapped in their Christmas cards), the quality and taste of the cocktail hour appetizers and plated dinner, simple elegance of the dining room, and fun location of a large wooden bar adjoining the dance floor. The location of the dance floor created a fun flow and has great space for a 6 piece band.

The Windstar also has uplights, cloth backdrops for the head table, silver charges, and a selection of linens which made planning a destination wedding seamless. The Windstar designed the room and cocktail hour set up, which takes another item off a bride's to-do list.

The Windstar planned the perfect number of bar tenders and servers to provide exceptional and timely service. We planned for dinner and speeches to take under 1 hour. The Windstar delivered! We highly recommend the duo plate. The Windstar also accommodated our many guests dietary restrictions and made room for my request for homemade mac & cheese (my favorite meal as well known by our guests!). Jason and I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon such an amazing venue in our Wedding Wire searches!

To conclude, they are experts at hosting large events - they do it all the time - and the venue is naturally elegant with great views. It’s the perfect venue for a bride like me who didn't have the time or experience to plan all the details and do craft projects but wanted a beautiful reception with great food and a packed dance floor.

Planning my daughter's wedding was made literally stress free thanks to Cindy Del Toro at the Windstar Club. It was pretty much an all inclusive venue with us only adding the flowers, the Dj, the photographer, and the cake, which they can also make if you so desire. The chef will cook just about anything and do so very deliciously. All we did was show up, eat, dance, have fun, and leave, with no worries about setting up or cleaning up. The place is lovely, the bathrooms are pretty and spotless. The food and bar are at one end, the tables in the center, and the dance floor at the other end.
I highly recommend Cindy and her staff at the Windstar on Naples Bay.

Every employee at windstar was such a pleasure to work with! My wedding day was stress free and we actually were running early.

George was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He is so professional and so attentive to detail. He made sure I didn’t worry for a second on the day of the wedding. I couldn’t have dreamed up all he did for us. The venue is one of Naples true hidden gems and it’s absolutely stunning! The food was delicious and our guests loved all of it from the venue and the incredible views to the food and the attentive staff. No complaints!

Sean was absolutely fantastic! My wedding reception was so perfect! People keep telling me about how great the food was and the staff was so attentive! They really helped with even the smallest of details and the room was so beautiful! I would not change a thing and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for perfect service and amazing bay views!

Cyndee DelToro at Windstar on Naples Bay gets 10 stars!! She is the BEST!! All of the staff at Windstar are sooo nice and helpful. Windstar is a GORGEOUS venue at a great price. Not to mention that the guests are still raving about how delicious the food was.

I had a beautiful ceremony thanks to Cindee and her staff. They were awesome! She listened to what I wanted and she made it happen. Right down to the "Last minute" trip to the pet shop for a certain fish I wanted for my Sweetheart Table. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the grounds are just breathtaking. Cindee also handled all the arrangements and other things to ease my mind, which was Very helpful. They played a huge part in making my special day even more magical!! I am definitely going to continue recommending this place to everyone for multiple events. THANKS AGAIN CINDEE & STAFF!!

Cyndee, the banquet director, is awesome. She will do anything she can to help and makes you feel like family. The staff was excellent throughout the reception. They worked very well with our other vendors. The space is a little small and the dance floor is at one end rather than the middle, but it worked perfectly for our 85 guests.

Cyndee is the banquet manager of Windstar and she is the most amazing manager ever! Seriously she made my reception run so smoothly! my day went perfect and it was all because of her and her staff! The ballroom was beautiful, the food was wonderful and they catered to our every whim. They lent us a golf cart to take photos out on the grounds before the reception and everything. Her communication is constant and she is super helpful with suggestions for other vendors and my other needs! Extremely attentive and caring! I loved working with her and was sad to see my day end because it meant i had no excuse to be in contact with her!
