Terribly unprofessional. Her rentals are cheap and cheesy. She cancelled on me a month before my wedding but still said I could use the rentals she advertises. She sent me dirty, stained linens and then never took responsibility for the poor quality rentals. She was extremely hard to get ahold of. Total scam.Sent on 09/10/2020

Brides and grooms beware!
BRIDES AND GROOMS BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!!! My wife and I hired Kelli to do our wedding on 5-2-2020 but due to COVID we were forced to have a much smaller affair. Kelli came and set up 4 tables and an arch for us. We scheduled to have our reception on 9-26-2020 but due to the rising cases and our older guest list and our desire to become preganant we were forced to cancel. We let kelli know with 3 months notice and asked for our money minus her 500 non refundable deposit back. After multiple attempts to contact her she informed us we would not be getting a refund and to speak with her attorney and she cited the HEALS act which has not even passed at this point. I would highly reccomend you use a more professional company for your wedding.Sent on 07/31/2020
