Tahoe Blue Estate is a one of kind luxury vacation home located in Stateline, Nevada. This stunning mountain lodge sits overlooking one of the country’s most spectacular natural sights, Lake Tahoe. Couples can celebrate their love against the backdrop of its deep blue waters reflecting the surrounding pine forest. A unique and secluded home, the estate lets parties relax in privacy. Lying at the heart of gorgeous parkland, it is reached by a short drive from nearby Carson City. The home is also easily reached from nearby Sacramento and Reno, as well as their associated airports.
Facilities and Capacity
Tahoe Blue Estate offers the pinnacle of luxury surrounded by rugged wilderness. The estate has enough rooms to welcome up to 14 overnight guests. The house has been built in harmony with its environs, even incorporating the landscape into its design. Smooth pine paneling contrasts with rocky boulders throughout the building, creating a space that is like no other. Amongst the manor’s many rooms is an open-plan communal area with many large windows presenting views out over the lake. Here guests can take some time to recline and enjoy each other’s company and hold a small ceremony with their 28 guests.

Most amazing venue ever!
My husband and I hosted our wedding for 25 people at the Tahoe Blue Estate. We also rented the sister property, the Tahoe Blue Lodge. Everything about the weekend was absolutely perfect! Lindsay, the general manager, was so helpful and really communicative - which I appreciated so much since I was planning our wedding from across the country. The pictures do not do this house justice. Every room was stunning and I only wish we had more than a weekend to spend there!

Amazing Wedding at Tahoe Blue Estate
We booked the Tahoe Blue Estate for our micro-wedding and wedding weekend. We knew the property was going to be amazing from the photos, but WOW, it exceeded all expectations. You know how sometimes when you get to a rental property you realize they used a really wide-angle lens and editing to make the place look better than in real life? That was NOT the case with the Tahoe Blue Estate! Their photos are beautiful and the place is even more beautiful in person. Plus, the view is even better in person too! I designated a bridesmaid to meet the property manager for the check-in walk-through and she did say the walk-through was a bit overwhelming and took 45 minutes, but it was all necessary because the house is super smart and in order to truly enjoy all the amenities, the property needs a proper showcasing and run-down of instructions. It was worth it as I easily operated the electric blinds in the morning to wake to a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe FROM MY BED. It was the perfect house for a weekend of celebration and an even more perfect wedding venue. Our small group of wedding guests joked that we need to have an annual vow-renewal ceremony just so that we have an excuse to go back year-after-year because we all loved it that much!

Spectacular Stay and Wedding Venue!

Still enchanted by this gorgeous venue!
Words and pictures simply cannot give this beautiful venue the review it deserves! First, the stunning backdrop can't be touched by other venues we looked at, and this is tahoe, there are many beautiful venues to choose from. If you are like me and don't want to go crazy on wedding decor, you don't have to here because the space is is gorgeous on its own. As far as booking and planning your stay here, management was so responsive and accommodating to every need I had along the way, they made my experience even better yet! We felt so welcomed upon check in and the home is immaculately clean and stocked with everything you need and more! Thank you Natasha and Dyani :) A bonus is the fact that you get to stay in this AMAZING home and enjoy all it has to offer (jacuzzi with a lake view, pool table, cozy blankets, easy to use espresso machine, multiple decks with views, etc) The grounds are gorgeous and picture options are endless. We had dinner/toasts up on the main level and the view out the windows was breathtaking. The entertainment room was perfect for the groomsmen to hangout in while the gals got ready in the master suite, and then we used the entertainment room for the dancing (pool table is easily moved and converted into a functional table for guests) and it was the perfect space for a great reception! So fun, so beautiful. Highly recommended! Can't wait to come back here in a few years with family to celebrate our anniversary!

Amazing venue!
What an amazing venue! I cannot scream Tahoe Blue Estates praises enough. Natasha and Dyani were so easy to work with.
I planned a small (35 people) wedding ceremony/reception in under two weeks--yes it is possible because this place has it all ready for you. We were able to use 60-inch round tables, chairs and linens and so many more amenities included during your stay. The photos do not do justice at all of the view and the home itself. My family is already planning our next visit for 2021 to celebrate our anniversary!
