Tela is incredibly talented and amazing to work with! As my wedding photographer, she shot our engagement photos, my bridal portraits, boudoir, and wedding day. My bridals and boudoir had to be postponed due to inclement weather which put us extremely close to the wedding but she had the edited photos back to me in less than 24 hours of the shoots so I could get prints in time for the wedding! Tela is the best and I plan to use her for all my photography needs going forward! I absolutely cannot recommend her enough!!!

Tela is the only thing that kept me from rage quitting wedding planning some days. She is a wonderful photographer and has great day of coordination services. She is detail oriented, really has your back when you need it, and it’s like chatting with an old friend. She did both our engagement and wedding photos and I hope we can continue working with her as we grow our family.
Our venue was extremely unprofessional. Without Tela and her coordination services, my wedding would have been a hot mess. Instead it turned out beautifully. She handled all of the day's issues with tact and professionalism. She and her husband are also just fun to be around and are great at keeping spirits high and nerves calm. She delivered over 950 photos less than a month after the wedding. To put that in perspective, I could post a different photo everyday for the next two and half years and still have some left! I cannot recommend her enough.

Tela is a natural behind the camera! She blew us out of the water with our engagement shoot and took the reigns to match our expectations by going above & beyond and suggesting ideas we would have never thought of! She knew exactly how to pose us for the photoshoots we’ve done with her so the photos look more fluid & less stiff. I found TAD Photos online when searching for local photographers. A lot of brides are going for the super bright washed-out style with their wedding photos but I just didn't feel that style captured the emotion and depth of detail a wedding has. TAD Photos does a more “dark” style which I found to be more dramatic and emotional. It makes the details pop like the lace in your dress, the texture of the flowers. I fell in love with their style. When I spoke to Tela on the phone I was impressed by how upbeat, organized, and motivated she was. She worked with us on scheduling a bridal shoot and I should mention, traveled three hours to the middle of nowhere to shoot it! When you meet Tela you'll understand, she has got it figured out. This woman runs a photo shoot! I felt comfortable, beautiful, and confident. Don’t know how to pose? Not sure what to do with your hands? She does, and she helps you look and feel like a natural. After the bridal shoot and about a week or two before the wedding, Tela even worked with us adding their videographer totally last minute, I just could not pass up filming the special moments of our big day. Once the wedding came, Tela and her team were ready to go. She had everything planned out. They got all the shots I wanted and more. I felt like I didn't even see them getting some of the shots they got, it was magic. Their team worked well together in a professional yet friendly funny way. They kept us laughing, smiling, and moving along sticking to our planner’s timeline. We got our photos back much sooner than I had expected. There are creative, artistic shots, fun shots, emotional shots, candid's I mean they got it all. TAD Photos showed me just how beautiful my husband and I are, together. I wish we could do this all over again. TAD Photos made our dreams come true and perfectly captured the most beautiful day of our life. Thank you, Tela and the team!

Hands down best photographer I have ever used! She is super helpful with the entire planning process. I loved that she and her now husband works together to do photography and videography if you choose to get videography too. She is super nice but also knows how to keep things on schedule and make sure everything gets done! I love that! Thank you so much Tela!

Both Tela and Drew arrived exactly when they said they would and were everywhere and nowhere all at once! Let me explain what I mean by that. They captured so many images that I had no idea they were photographing or videoing. They were able to capture some of the most intimate times of my wedding without getting in the way or being a distraction at all. I just received my videos and photos and it made me and my husband cry. Absolutely gorgeous- wonderfully directed videos perfectly touched up photos. Just amazing. She was also one of the main people who kept everything on track the entire day. Tela insisted we get some sunset photos and I’m so glad she dragged us back out onto the beach. They were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend her and Drew especially for the Holden Beach area as she knew our beach house very well.

I have done many photoshoots and events where a photographer was involved but Tela and her fiancé drew who is the videographer were by far the most professional and on top of it crew I’ve ever seen. Such great ideas for photos. Very efficient and super quick which allowed for multiple different backgrounds and posing. She made us feel so comfortable and easy going. Absolutely adore them both! She was so flexible with my never ending changing timeline for the wedding. Also a cool thing I didn’t know but she has a drone for the videography package and that was really freaking cool! I can’t wait to see the photos! Love love love her and drew both!

Helen was the photographer for my wedding and she was amazing to work with! She had a lot of great ideas for the photos and made sure we got the shots that we wanted. Tela was very responsive and edited our photos and got them back to us in less than a week! I highly recommend TAD photos!
