Nancy is great to work with and the cakes are delicious. I don't even like red velvet cakes, but her red velvet cake is amazing and the best that I have ever tasted.

Nancy absolutely outdid herself for our wedding. She made the cake as unique as our interests (Half traditional with edible orchids and half Legend of Zelda themed) and made a beautiful 4 tier cake with different flavors each tier. Her work is INCREDIBLE and she truly pays attention to what the couple wants. Not to mention the cake is absolutely DELICIOUS. We will definitely go back to her for any future events, and it was such a pleasure and honor to have her make our cake. Thank you so much, Nancy! Your masterpiece received so many "best wedding cake ever" compliments throughout the reception!

Nancy exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding cake. Nancy is an absolute pleasure to work with and treats you like a member of her own family. We came in from out of town for our tasting and Nancy was super accommodating. She even gave us extra cake for our parents who were coming in later. Our wedding cake was phenomenal and exactly how we dreamed…but better. We had a 4-tiered cake, each with a different frosting, cake flavor and filling and it was the best cake we have ever had! My guests could not stop talking about our wedding cake and many of the guests told me that they had eaten 4 pieces of cake because they couldn’t get enough and each cake flavor and filling was better than the last. Nancy is simply the best! She is the kindest, most thoughtful woman, and we are so appreciative and happy to have had her make our wedding cake. Thank you Nancy!

Nancy is the BEST! She is so sweet, so accommodating, and we just loved working with her. I was planning our Florida wedding from Colorado and she was so prompt with answering my emails and giving design suggestions. Our cake was beautiful and tasted amazing - I would definitely recommend Sweets by the Bay :)

My cake was absolutely stunning! Nancy is so sweet and so easy to work with. She had a nice variety of cake flavor as well as icing flavors to choose from. She made the cake choosing process Fun and easy for me!

Nancy is amazing! So sweet and accommodating! We decided to do the top layer as a cake and the rest as cupcakes. My fiancee and I gave her ideas of what we wanted for the decoration and even asked her to add some things to the cake flavors. She did all of this perfectly! She made our cake completely gorgeous and even helped us when our cake topper didn't arrive in time for our wedding. We picked 3 flavors: red velvet, Oreo, and lemon with fresh raspberries and had white chocolate shells on top and graham cracker crumble to look like sand. It was stunning! Every flavor was delicious and absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much!!

All I can say is amazing, amazing!! Nancy was so sweet when we met her and made us sample cakes, big enough to take home and eat for another few days. She perfectly caught my simple vision for a cake and even took on the grooms cake which he wanted shaped like a Captain Morgan bottle. The day of, the cakes looked so elegant and beautiful!! Everyone was in awe of the grooms cake, which was standing and in the shape of the bottle (Oreo cake mmmm).

Nancy has amazing talent to creating wonderful flavorful cakes. Both cakes were gone by the end of the reception! We were lucky that the top tier was saved and not needed. Everyone raved about the cakes, even the ones that are not buttercream fans.
Nancy is an amazingly talented woman who I am so happy I was recommend to! She was the first cake I tried and the last.

Nancy did an absolutely amazing job!!! She was able to re-create our wedding cake from pictures that I provided. The cake turned out just how I wanted and it tasted fabulous! The cake was so moist and the 3 flavors we picked were so yummy (lemon, spice, and Italian creme). In fact, her cake by far tasted the best out of any of the vendors we tried. Her prices were great and she was extremely responsive to calls and e-mails. She also only schedules one wedding a weekend, so she can focus just on your special day. With all of the things that I had to worry about on my wedding day, I knew the cake would not be one of them. Thank-you Nancy for making my perfect wedding cake!!!!

I found Nancy and Sweets by the Bay as she works with the Hilton Clearwater quite frequently, and wow! Lucky me! I adore Nancy both personally and professionally. She is warm and wonderful, and her cakes are absolutely delicious. She was so prompt in answering emails and discussing all of the options I had. We opted for a single tier cake and cupcakes in a variety of flavors. Every flavor tasted amazing and the cupcakes went fast on the wedding day (especially the chocolate cake with raspberry filling!). Everyone commented on how delicious they tasted. As a destination bride I really looked for vendors who were communicative, kind and made the process easy- Nancy completely fit the bill! We loved working with her and hope to do so again in the future!
