Sweetly Spun planning packages can tailor to your needs big and small. Full planning, partial planning, or somewhere in between we can customize a package to fit your vision.
Coordination
Executing the coordination of your wedding day to the highest level of standard is our specialty! When you entrust Sweetly Spun Wedding + Events with your most special day we will be there with you at your ceremony rehearsal, greet you the day of with coffee & a smile, and make sure all of your gifts are packaged up at the end of the night. Your coordinator will be the first one to arrive + the last one to leave.
Set Up + Clean Up
We care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. We take care of all the small, technical details so that you can focus on having a great time with your guests. From fluffing the linens, to lighting the candles before the grand entrance, placing the cake knife, or packaging up all decor & more. *Can be added as an a-la-carte service as well!

Planning a wedding is hard enough, but when I realized that my wedding would be during a global pandemic, I knew I wanted to spend the money on a coordinator. I found Haley online, and I am SO, SO happy I did. She helped me finalize my timeline and nail down all the details and vendors leading up to the event. She's super creative, so she had some beautiful ideas for decor and helped me set up the day before the wedding. On the day of, she took care of everything. I was tucked away getting ready, and I knew she was getting all of the last minute details together. I had multiple people say to me on the day of that I was so calm, and I credit that to Haley! She even made clean-up afterwards a breeze, so at the end of the night we just had to load it into our cars. If you're in the central PA area and looking for a coordinator, I can't say enough good things about working with Sweetly Spun!
