The estate sits on over 200 acres of gorgeous natural landscape and is home to many exciting animals. As you tie the knot with your partner you may be joined by distant alpacas, emus, and deer.
A quaint courtyard sets the scene for romantic outdoor ceremonies. Mature trees and bright meadows frame the space, creating an enchanting ambiance. The happy couple can exchange vows in this private haven as their loved ones look on. Afterwards, they can head inside to begin the festivities or enjoy a refreshing open-air cocktail hour. There are plenty of opportunities to take stunning portraits on the grounds. Couples can get the animals involved in their wedding photos for a unique keepsake. Once the newlyweds are done posing for the camera, the reception can begin. Swan Lake Overlook delivers everything promised in the name. The venue features a large indoor event space that will hold up to 300 people with remarkable views of the sparkling lake. Moreover, working with Warren, Mechelle, and Sierra was a pleasure. Communications were always responsive and professional, and throughout the entire process of deciding on the venue, approving vendors, and our final planning for the day, they were extremely helpful. Their list of preferred vendors is great, and we ended up using some of them. For the vendors that we brought in externally, the process of getting them approved was smooth and we had 0 issues. Between Sierra and our own day of coordinator, everything was planned perfectly and flowed smoothly on the day of the wedding.
Our wedding was in August, and even though it was very hot and humid outside, the inside had solid AC, and as it turned to evening, even outside was perfect. We were out there for hours taking pictures, and we were fine. Speaking of pictures, the venue was beautiful in August. We were blessed with rain the week before our wedding, and everything was green. The rolling hills, the forest, and the sunset - it was perfect!
Finally, we had glowing feedback from all our guests. They loved the venue and its location and were constantly taking pictures! Additionally, multiple guests complimented how organized everything was such as driving in to the farm and being directed where to park. We're super thankful for Swan Lake and all its staff!

Best and largest bridal suite that we have seen. A big plus for us is that you can also bring in your own "adult beverages too!"

It is family owned and operated, so no red tape here! Warren and Michele were so accommodating and wonderful hosts for the weekend!
