Swan Haven Wedding & Events

Swan Haven was by far our best vendor choice for our entire wedding. From the moment we met the owners we were sold. They are kind hearted, caring people who truly go above and beyond to make your wedding day special and go smoothly. Here are some of our favorite things about Swan Haven:
- They were the easiest vendor to communicate with. They responded to all of our texts and emails quickly and professionally. If they didn't have the answer, they would tell us they didnt know but that they would find out for us. And then they would actually reach out with the response instead of us having to ask over and over again which was much appreciated. You can tell how much they care about the place and their clients.
- The rental is for the entire weekend which made set up and teardown a breeze. Additionally, they were they Friday to answer questions and make sure everything was in order. They even freshly mowed and pulled weeds and really went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our big day.
- The space. Words don't do it justice. The space is so well designed and thought out. Even on a warm day in June, the reception space was nice and cool for the dinner and dancing, and guests could easily walk outside to the cocktail area and firepit to relax. There is a cute cabin for the wedding party to use which was great for the bridal party to get ready and had plenty of space for the hair and makeup team.
- They let you use their decor. They had centerpieces and other cute items we could use which saved us tons of money and headache.

We honestly can't say enough good things about Swan Haven. We still get compliments on the venue and how sweet the owners were!

We had our wedding at Swan Haven the summer of 2021. It was BEAUTIFUL! We really wanted our guests to enjoy their day and the property provided so many ways for that to happen. From outdoor games, to short trails for walks, to s'mores around a campfire - everyone had a great time! The venue was affordable and the owners were always quick to answer any questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I was so grateful to have found such a perfect venue to make our day so special!

The most beautiful wedding venue in the Brainerd Lakes area! So thankful that we stumbled across Swan Haven and loved every second of our wedding weekend! We loved having space for our friends and family to gather on Friday and Saturday to spend time together. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for older family members to chat and enjoy and for kiddos to run and play! The Gavic Family were absolutely amazing and super helpful. Kelsey and Jesse communicated with us throughout the entire planning process and wedding weekend. Swan Haven was absolutely perfect for what we were wanting! I can't recommend it enough!
