Victoria found her culinary passion at a young age growing up in Taiwan. She went to college in Florida, after college, she back to Taiwan and starts worked in 5 stars hotel in 2008, after a few years, she got an opportunity to work in a restaurant as a manager, it's a high volume restaurant and usually serve 600-800 ppl per day. And at 2019, she moved to Los Angeles, she started her career as an Assistant Manager for Sushi Private Catering and learned the ways of hosting big events or weddings.
When Victoria was presented with the opportunity to open the San Francisco branch, she saw it as a chance to show Sushi Private Catering like no other. The way she throws the event/party/wedding is heavily influenced by years of work experience with 5 stars hotel and high-volume restaurants, though it's a high pace work environment, she still pays attention to every detail and foresees the demands of every couple, she understands it's not just one of the event or wedding, it's always someone's most special moment in life, so she always wants everything to be perfect for every couple.
