We hired Sunway for our wedding this past weekend in Asheville, NC – they provided us with a smaller 36 passenger charter bus for our wedding party and two larger charter buses for our wedding guests to get to and from the wedding venue. We cannot express how thankful we were to find Sunway and work with them for our event. We had previously contracted another local transportation company who failed to book our date due to outdated invoicing procedures (and then blamed it on us! 1 month away from the wedding!!), Phyllis from Sunway was a lifesaver and was beyond enjoyable to work with. She was on top of things, emailed us our information the same day as I called to inquire and our bus drivers were pleasant and professional! The buses were clean and on-time and we could not recommend them enough to anyone getting married in the NC region and specifically Asheville (which only has a couple of local options for large parties). I loved working with Sunway Charters due to their professionalism, organization, responsiveness and day-of presence/service. I am so glad that we booked with them for our wedding party transportation from the club to church and back. The trolley was a big part of our day and have fond memories of working with them.

I can't remember how I found them, but I emailed with Janelle a few times and realized they weren't in Chapel Hill. However, she was so professional and helpful, we decided to book with them as the price was comparable to other vendors but the service was exceptional. During the week of the wedding, we confirmed the details with Janelle and that was it, I didn't hear another word about the buses all weekend. They showed up and dropped everyone off right on schedule, the buses were in good shape, and the drivers were helpful and professional (despite the late bus chanting on the way to the after party). Very glad we went with them!
