Jorge did a great job. The food for our rehearsal dinner was delicious (and plentiful!). People were eating handfuls (and breadfulls) of the leftover pork as midnight snacks all weekend! They also tweaked some of the food so that our vegan friends would be able to partake. Definitely would do business with Jorge again.
