I will preface this by saying that Sean and Krisha are close friends of mine, which I know may be a dagger when it comes to the objectivity of my review, but it is my hope that with that out in the open, that will hold me accountable for keeping this review as honest as possible in order to help give you an accurate idea of how their work contributed to the outcome of my wedding.

I had the honor of having Suite 27 Productions cover my wedding in February of 2019. Here are the items that we had them do for us:

-WEDDING LOGO- Used in our wedding invitation, programs and was even rendered as a design for an oversized wooden laser cut-out that was used as the main decorative piece for our reception sweetheart table.

We didn’t give Sean a whole lot to work with, but he was quick with rendering an array of mock-ups that we were able to customize into our own unique graphic.

-PRE-WEDDING PHOTOS- This was a photoshoot with our entourage party and their significant others- roughly 30 people (yeah...I know...can you imagine the patience that went into that?). Because my husband is from Vancouver and I am from Seattle , this ended up taking place over two separate sessions in two different cities. Regardless of the heavy impact on their schedule, Sean and Krisha made themselves fully available in order to get this done.

The photos turned out beautiful. I believe that they were able to accomplish this not only because they were able to execute their wonderfully creative ideas quickly and efficiently, but also because their warmth and approachable demeanor placed everyone at ease.

-ENTOURAGE INTRODUCTION VIDEO- This was a 3min slideshow that had to be specifically timed in order to introduce the members of our entourage. This was an idea that we had never seen at any other wedding before and despite them not having a template to work off of, Sean and Krisha listen to our vision and took on the project head-on. The entire opening of our wedding reception banked on the perfect execution of this video and it all went down flawlessly. No formatting issues. No technical difficulties with our reception venue A/V.

-”HOW THEY MET” VIDEO and VIDEO SLIDESHOW- This was the focal point of our wedding reception program which ended up being a nearly 7min video where every member of our entourage was given a line that had to be threaded together into one cohesive piece intended to tell our story.

Because our story encompasses many different locations around the Pacific Northwest, some master-level creativity was required when it came to capturing and editing the proper b-roll necessary to effectively tell our story, sans any awkward cheesiness. We felt that our story was very well-told with the piece that Sean and Krisha were able to put together.

That piece then had to be transitioned into a photo slideshow that was meant to play while we sang a song to honor our family and friends. As easy as slideshows may seem, the slideshow was so well-thought out and properly timed and organized that even though it was our goal to keep our wedding as lighthearted as possible, there were very few dry eyes in the room as we believe that video they made captured the warmth and sincere gratitude we wanted to express to our loved ones. A very unexpected, very beautiful moment that we were able to share with everyone on that day, thanks to Sean and Krisha’s beautiful work.

-WEDDING DAY HIGHLIGHT VIDEO- This was a 5min video that highlighted our entire wedding day from start to finish.

To our surprise, we found that the highlight video not only captured our wedding so beautifully but it also contained lots of footage from the down-time in between the more significant events that lead up to our wedding (photoshoot days, going out to dinner, moments from our wedding shower, etc.). We were genuinely surprised to find these moments captured. Not only is this a testament to how powerful these smaller moments are but also to how stealthy Sean and Krisha are while operating a camera.


Before I end this review, I’d like to mention that when my husband and I were first planning our wedding, we were leaning towards not having any videography at all as the thought of subjecting ourselves to some staged cookie-cutter glamor shots, pretending to be some wanna-be movie stars was something that we were not willing to do. Not that that those videos are not beautiful, but it was not us and it was so important for us to stay true to being us. I can wholeheartedly say that this is what Sean and Krisha was able to capture from start to finish. The candid, organic, real us and that meant so much to us.

I hope that with what I was able to articulate in this review, you are able to walk away with an understanding of the level of brilliance, creativity, patience and professionalism they put into everything they do. We gave them an array of different projects that did not come with any sort of reference and they tackled each one confidently.

When it came to the editing process and shaping each project in order to deliver the proper message, Sean and Krisha were so patient, and tweaked until we were satisfied. If a challenge arose, they found an answer. They were incredibly thoughtful organized and prepared! They always seem to think a few steps ahead and we never had to press them for any deadlines. In fact, there were many instances when they were the ones gently reminding us to get many of the items on the to-do list done. What photographer/videographer does that!?

Sean and Krisha are a great team, each one bringing something special to the table and it is their deep arsenal of great qualities, along with their exceptional ability to listen that I feel they were able to surpass my husband and my expectations.

As we went through the planning of our wedding, Sean and Krisha were a constant part of the process, and their great energy is one of the things my husband and I often look back on fondly whenever we think about our wedding day.
