Elvi is talented and knowledgeable beyond her years. She wowed everyone that was at the getting ready party before my wedding and everyone at the wedding had nothing but amazing things to say about my hair and makeup. Being such a picky person myself and having some knowledge of makeup I always felt like I would not be happy with hair and makeup the day of my wedding. I did not want dark eyebrows and cakey makeup and I did not want to look so much different than my everyday self. At our hair and makeup trial, she listened and jotted down all things we went over and her demeanor and relatability made me relax completely and let her show her talents. I was IN LOVE with the job she had done, so beautiful, so natural and so on point to what I had shown her and talked about. The day of the wedding her team and herself all had that same special vibe that put everyone at ease and wowed us all yet again. My hair and makeup were just as beautiful as the first time if not more and was all done so seemingly effortless and calm that it really helped those pre wedding nerves. Elvi is such a beautiful and talented soul that I am so happy to have had as my hair and makeup artist during such a special day. P.s she also took aaaamazing photos of the bridal party and myself while getting ready and played us the best throwback playlist that had all my bridesmaids dancing and having fun the whole time! Her and her team felt like part of the bridal party rather than vendors and it really made the whole experience special. 100% would recommend if you want more than just ordinary hair and makeup!

I had a wonderful experience with Style Me Elvi. I used her for my engagement photos and wedding. She kept my make up natural and classy, just how I wanted it. On the day of my wedding, she gave me a beautiful up-do that complimented by dress. My bridesmaids were very happy with their hair and make up as well. I had a large wedding party and she was able to manage all the girls. My friend used her for her wedding as well (I was a bridesmaid) and she was just as happy with services. Highly recommended!

Booking Elvi for my wedding make up was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Being an anxious, awkward and low key bridezilla (lol) while having to plan an out of state wedding in Florida from Chicago without any vendor/ wedding planner assistance was no easy task.

I have a hectic and crazy work travel schedule with really zero flexibility on my end, and Elvi was able to rework her schedule and accommodate me for a trial session. When I initially met with Elvi and told her my vision she instantly knew the look I was going for and was able to flawlessly execute on it.

From the trial through the big day, Elvi kept in constant communication and was readably accessible and accommodating to my many schedule changes. On my wedding day, Elvi was an absolute pleasure to have around on what could have be a very stressful day! She seriously took care of everything; allowing me and the bridal party to sit back and relax. Her assistant Kelly was also fantastic and the pair worked seamlessly to timings, ensuring everybody was happy and feeling beautiful the entire time.

Not only did Elvi make us look and feel amazing, she also helped with all of the other small things that no one else was there to do or even thought of the day of. She held my dress, kept me sane, made me laugh in what would have been otherwise super awkward photos. She was always on point to ensure I had the best angle in my photos and continuously touched up my makeup pre and post first look and again prior to the reception.

Every single one of my friends and guests in attendance wanted to hire Elvi on the spot for their wedding and I have never recieved more compliments in my life on my wedding day look.

She is very talented in her craft and is also willing to make all changes necessary to please the bride. If you are looking for a makeup artist who you can blindly trust, be clear with about what you want, and who’s easy to interact with then she’s the one for you. She’s also very patient and extremely professional — which is necessary to have when there’s a lot of craziness going on minutes/hours before the wedding. Elvi made my day so much easier and enjoyable. One of the best decisions I made for the wedding was to hire her as my makeup and hair artist. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and kindness the day of the wedding.

In case you’re wondering... It is definitely worth paying for and booking time for the makeup and hair trial. Elvi did the trial of what I wanted and I quickly discovered it wasn’t the look I was actually going for and she was able to make adjustments to achieve the desired look. Also, when we did the trial for my hair it helped things go a lot more smoothly on the wedding day. She even perfected my updo and was able to make it look exactly like my inspiration photos.
