The biggest thing that stuck out to me about stoke pizza (other than the AWESOME pizza) was when Wes said to us “This day should be the best day of your life and while there may be some stress in planning, we do not want to add any stress to your plate, so just let us know what you want and we will handle the rest!”
Through and through Stoke has a culture that makes you feel like you’ve been buddies with all the people working there since college. Now let’s get to the pizza, I have never had a pepperoni pizza that melts in your mouth like a Stoke Pepperoni pizza does! I felt like every bite I took I kept repeating how good the pizza is. Wes and Bre, the owners, have mastered this craft. Make sure you ask them their story because these two are no newbies to pizza, it’s quite amazing.

Stoke Pizza offers great prices, fantastic food, and excellent quality. Everybody absolutely loved the pizza at our wedding and couldn’t stop talking about it. Stoke Pizza is the best catering company for your wedding.

Overall:
Having Stoke Pizza cater our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions we made! We had them provide both dinner and appetizers and everything was delicious! My husband and I were so thankful we'd decided to go with this option because with all the excitement of the day having something so delicious and easy to eat was KEY to being well fed! Not sure I could have stomached a more formal meal and still tore up the dance floor later!

Dietary Restrictions:
We had the usual dietary restrictions (nut allergies, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and Bre and Wes were very accommodating options so that all of our guests were covered (an no one went into anaphylactic shock).

Dishes and Cutlery:
Even though this is a more casual food option, I still felt that everything looked beautiful. We had a more rustic-style wedding and our venue didn't supply dishes or cutlery so the compostable-disposables provided by Stoke fit right in with the vibe.

Late Night:
We had a really early dinner, so we also had them make extra pizzas so that the late night crowd could have another round if they needed.

Can't recommend these two champions and their team enough!

We had the best experience with Wes and Stoke for our wedding day! The pizza was delicious and a HUGE crowd pleaser and bonus... everything ran on time and without any issues. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to not have a boring buffet for their wedding.

Story time!! My wife being celiac, her options for food were very limited at all-inclusive venues. And let's be honest, the food at weddings is never truly spectacular, and you always seem to leave them hungry?! So we decided we wanted to do things our way, not the "wedding package" way. We found a beautiful 2 night/3 day mountain venue rental where we got to choose every aspect of our big day. But, we quickly found that we still faced the same problem, limited choices with traditional wedding food. One day my wife suggested pizza, and who doesn't love pizza, so I was definitely all about it!!
We found Wes & Bre, the owners of Stoke Pizza online and sent them a message. They were quick to respond and before we knew it, they invited us to their house to sample their wood fired pizza's. I definitely loved the personal touch of being invited into their home, hanging out with their amazing family at the kitchen table, and eating lot's of pizza. Hiring Wes & Bre was probably the easiest decision we made while planning our wedding.
Fast forward to the big day. Our guests were treated to meticulously hand crafted hors d'oeuvres, all while the mobile pizza oven was filling the mountain air with that delicious wood fired smell, teasing the appetites of our guests. When the time came for dinner, wait for it...... ALL YOU CAN EAT piping hot pizza right out of the oven, and a salad so good I'm hoping Wes sends me the recipe after reading this, wink wink! Anyone who left our wedding hungry, was their own damn fault!! Our friends and family are still raving about our wedding and the amazing food catered by Stoke Pizza. They even fired off and boxed up a bunch of after party pizza's, bonus!
A long story, I know, but without being there, I wanted you immerse you in our incredible experience. Devon & I highly recommend using Wes & Bre for your special day. You definitely won't be disappointed!!

Looking back at our wedding, the food is what the guests remember most! Specifically, the Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven & Pizza Buffet! 🍕 Westley and the Stoke Pizza Team, remain the easiest vendors to work with for an event in my opinion. Stoke Pizza is the most unique and gourmet catering option available in Colorado. I highly recommend checking them out next time you’re visiting Pueblo, CO! Savory White or Jalapeño Popper are my husband and I’s favorite flavors. Thoroughly impressed with how quickly the Stoke Team can fire a pizza (90 seconds if I’m not mistaken)!!
