Story time!! My wife being celiac, her options for food were very limited at all-inclusive venues. And let's be honest, the food at weddings is never truly spectacular, and you always seem to leave them hungry?! So we decided we wanted to do things our way, not the "wedding package" way. We found a beautiful 2 night/3 day mountain venue rental where we got to choose every aspect of our big day. But, we quickly found that we still faced the same problem, limited choices with traditional wedding food. One day my wife suggested pizza, and who doesn't love pizza, so I was definitely all about it!!
We found Wes & Bre, the owners of Stoke Pizza online and sent them a message. They were quick to respond and before we knew it, they invited us to their house to sample their wood fired pizza's. I definitely loved the personal touch of being invited into their home, hanging out with their amazing family at the kitchen table, and eating lot's of pizza. Hiring Wes & Bre was probably the easiest decision we made while planning our wedding.
Fast forward to the big day. Our guests were treated to meticulously hand crafted hors d'oeuvres, all while the mobile pizza oven was filling the mountain air with that delicious wood fired smell, teasing the appetites of our guests. When the time came for dinner, wait for it...... ALL YOU CAN EAT piping hot pizza right out of the oven, and a salad so good I'm hoping Wes sends me the recipe after reading this, wink wink! Anyone who left our wedding hungry, was their own damn fault!! Our friends and family are still raving about our wedding and the amazing food catered by Stoke Pizza. They even fired off and boxed up a bunch of after party pizza's, bonus!
A long story, I know, but without being there, I wanted you immerse you in our incredible experience. Devon & I highly recommend using Wes & Bre for your special day. You definitely won't be disappointed!! -

Wes and Bre were the easiest and most enjoyable vendors to work with during an especially stressful time planning a wedding. They were so flexible and easy going, it made the whole planning experience actually fun and enjoyable. The pizza and appetizers were so delicious, and all of our guests absolutely loved the food! They were also very accommodating with gluten free and vegan options for some of our guests. Stoke Pizza perfectly fit our vibe for a fun and easy-going wedding while still being very professional and reliable. We are so happy we chose Stoke Pizza for our food vendor and highly recommend them! -

Most Personable Vendor to work with!!
Looking back at our wedding, the food is what the guests remember most! Specifically, the Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven & Pizza Buffet! 🍕 Westley and the Stoke Pizza Team, remain the easiest vendors to work with for an event in my opinion. Stoke Pizza is the most unique and gourmet catering option available in Colorado. I highly recommend checking them out next time you’re visiting Pueblo, CO! Savory White or Jalapeño Popper are my husband and I’s favorite flavors. Thoroughly impressed with how quickly the Stoke Team can fire a pizza (90 seconds if I’m not mistaken)!! We loved their charcuterie boards and salad offerings, during our pre-dinner cocktail hour. Thank you for working with us to create the most unique wedding and reception menu! -

Wes was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend using them enough. He was by far the easiest vendor to work with and helped us stay within budget. On top of that, it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had and was a HUGE hit with our guests! -

My new husband and I were SO happy that we chose Stoke Pizza to cater our wedding. Not only was it unique to have pizza at a wedding, but the pizzas were beyond amazing. The wood-fired crust is perfect, and the pizza choices were refined and had enough variety that people of pretty much any diet were able to find something they could eat and enjoy! If we had to do everything over again, we would absolutely go with Stoke Pizza for our wedding! It was one of our favorite parts of the day, and Wes is always a pleasure to communicate with if you have any questions or special requests. Highly recommend. Thank you, Stoke Pizza! -

Amazing people and food!
Westley was so responsive and was always checking in to make sure the days leading up to the event were perfect. The food was amazing! Crispy, hot, delicious pizza even on a windy Colorado day. Their packages are so well priced and the service is phenomenal. I hope to be able to hire them again for any functions in the future! -

If you are on the hunt for the best pizza in Colorado, look no further than Stoke! The BEST idea for wedding catering, and now we will be regular customers, even if we have to drive and hour and a half to get it! When deciding on food for the wedding, we wanted casual but also something that would keep our guests happy and satisfied. From a simple cheese or pepperoni pizza, to a fancy mix of ingredients that you couldn’t even dream of, Stoke creates a masterpiece with each pie in only 90 seconds. The pizza is perfectly cooked with an amazing undercarriage! Wes and Bre exceeded our expectations! They are amazing people and it shows in their company. I never thought pizza would be our wedding food of choice, but I HIGHLY recommend it! Our guests flew in from all parts of the country and have said when they visit we have to make a trip to Stoke! We even got to take some on the road for a midnight snack. All in all, I give Stoke Pizza 15 stars out of 5! -

We literally could not have chosen a better vendor to work with for our reception! Wes and Bre are sweetest, most down to earth couple, and they make DAMN good pizza. I couldn't even begin to guess how many people came up to me after dinner raving about the food. After the chaos of last year, working with small businesses as much as I could was really important to me. I'm so so glad I was able to book Stoke Pizza for our big day! My only regret was not eating more of it that night 😜If you want pizza at your reception, look no further than this awesome little truck! -

SToKD Pizza did a fantastic job at our wedding! We were introduced to Bre and Wes thru our wedding venue after mentioning we wanted to have pizza for
our reception. The moment we tasted their delicious pizza we were hooked, it was exactly what we were looking for! My Wife is a sucker for wood fired pizza, SToKD Pizzas high quality, unique and delicious ingredients made their pizza wedding worthy! On the day of our wedding, they WOWed our 250 guests with the service, busting out pizzas and keeping our buffet line moving quickly. We opted for Caprese Skewers as our appetizer and Spinach Salad with Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Apples, and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing with the variety of pizzas. Our guests had no idea we were serving pizza and LOVED every part. We also got huge compliments on the salad. We felt the price was just right. I think we could have paid a lot more for mediocre food that no one would have remembered. We would completely recommend SToKD Pizza for any event! They were absolutely fantastic on our wedding day and we love stopping by their " food truck" whenever they are in our community!!! -

Bre and West went out of their way to make our wedding special and one that we will never forget! Our guest are still raving about the pizza! How could they not?! SToKD Pizza provides high quality ingredients from your classic pepperoni to fig and prosciutto pizza... but that's not all... don't even get me started on their s'mores desert pizza *DROOL* Their oven cooks multiple pizzas in around 90 seconds, so all of our 250 guests were fed quickly. Everyone was left with happy stomachs and ready to party! SToKD Pizza is so much more than just pizza which is what makes them such a great choice for your special day. Appetizer and salad options kept our guests happy until it was time for pizza (we had Caprese Skewers and the Spinach Salad with Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Apples, and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing). Created a unique experience for my brother's wedding. The amazing SToKD pizza oven was a colorful addition to the setting, and it really was the best pizza we've ever eaten! For 250 people, I was amazed at how fast the food was served, and they even included salad and dessert. -

Amazing Wedding Experience
Wes & the Stoke team are AMAZING. I had a recommendation from a friend and honestly, they went above and beyond. They were super friendly to work with and very flexible, I think I changed my mind twice on what all I wanted. Part way through the process, we decided to have another option in addition to pizza and they created a delicious pasta dish for us. I found an Instagram photo with "Just Married" written in cheese on the pizza and Wes made it happen. They handled all the logistics so I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day. Price-wise, it was so reasonable it was the easiest decision we made. Everyone was well fed, happy, and we didn't have to spend an arm and a leg. Quality was excellent, some of the older crowd was worried it would feel "like a children's party" but reported afterwards that it felt like an Italian cafe had catered. -
