We really enjoyed our experience working with Steven! We felt comfortable as soon as we connected with him on Zoom. He's a great listener and understood our photography vision for our wedding. The engagement session was a great opportunity to get to know him. On the day of the wedding his assistant was fantastic as well and they took all of the family portraits we needed (there was A LOT!). Our engagement and wedding photos really capture the joy of the day - they aren't cheesy. The pics are full of life and vibrancy and put me right back in the day. Would highly recommend.

We hired Steve for an adventure photoshoot after our engagement. We loved the pics so much we used them for our wedding invitation and our wedding website. He also was our photographer on the actual wedding day. He was a pleasure to work with! So friendly and overall positive and warm energy. The pictures turned out incredible and he made the entire experience fun and easy! Highly recommend his services!

Steven was an absolutely INCREDIBLE photographer, we loved working with him for our wedding! Steven is super personable and was great at putting us at ease during our engagement and wedding photos. He was always calm, gave suggestions on photos to try, and was great at delivering the style photos we were looking for (documentary style with some dramatic photos). He really captured every moment as it happened, it was like experiencing our wedding all over again when we flipped through the photos. We were stunned at how amazing they turned out, looking at our pictures you would never have known that it was raining and cloudy on our wedding day! The second photographer, Angie, was also amazing! We were so thrilled with our photos and working with Steven. After receiving our photos, we had a few that we wanted edits on, and Steven was super fast turning these around. His edits were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend going with Steven for your photography needs, he was absolutely amazing!!

Steven and his assistant were amazing at our fall wedding at Veritas Vineyards! We immediately felt comfortable with them and could be ourselves. We were making jokes and laughing the whole day. He captured all the special and unique moments that truly define us a couple. We were amazed at how beautiful the photos were. I believe his photos speak for themselves, but I can speak to some of the other qualities that are so important in a photographer. Steven was so easy to be around, which is exactly what you need on a day where tensions and anxieties tend to run high. He did an excellent job of creating a timeline for us and helping us stick to it. We were sent a questionnaire beforehand asking us if there’s anything specific we want photos of, which helped a ton. He picked a terrific second shooter, who was also really easy to spend an entire day with. They did a great job of capturing both posed portraits as well as the little moments throughout the day, and I think it can be challenging to find someone who is great at both. Steven promptly responded to all emails, and had a really quick turn around. Also, our engagement shoot itself was really fun. Steven’s up for anything, and basically performed some acrobatics to get some of the shots that ended up being some of our favorites. We highly recommend Steven and Lily.

Steven was great to work with from the beginning. He was organized and made the day of our wedding easy, without pulling us away from the moment. The fact that he brought another photographer the day of our wedding was great because we were able to get different angles. He was friendly and wonderful to work with. We would strongly recommend him in the future.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Steven and Lily Photography! Getting the right photographer for our wedding was one of the first things I wanted to cross off my planning list. After looking thru many photographer's sites, I knew as soon as I saw Steven's work that he was the guy for us. His attention to detail and different take on shots was something I was looking for and knew our wedding photos would be wonderful! From our first phone call, to my many emails, Steven was always so personable and so quick to respond and answer any questions. We first met for our engagement shoot on one of the hottest days of the year in August. When we got the pictures back they exceeded our expectations and were perfect! You couldn’t tell that we were outside in 90+ degree weather. I'm not one who has ever enjoyed getting their picture taken but my husband and I had a blast with Steven! We were cracking up the whole time and the joy of the day came straight thru into the photos. Steven even climbed into a tree to get an amazing shot of us dancing in a garden. Our wedding day was an equally wonderful experience. Again we felt so comfortable and it shows in the photos. Steven's eye for detail and ability to get unique shots is unparalleled. He’s able to capture not just the joy but the beauty of the venue and surroundings which I adore. We were so lucky to have found him and I'm so happy to have his work of our perfect day hanging on our walls for many years to come.
