Steve is not only someone you want to hire as your videographer, he's someone you want people at your wedding to meet. He's not intrusive-doesn't get into people's faces or ask them questions. He simply notices, and documents, and offers his congratulations and support when you have that very brief moment for him to do so. He's a videographer that will capture moments you don't expect him to, but someone you can trust to capture the moments you may have missed because your focus is on your fiance, the person you are marrying at the time everything else is going on. He will document those you love who came and attended-he'll do it all.

Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made sure we were happy and satisfied! We made some last minute changes and he was able to accommodate us! His photographer was sweet, very professional, and her photos were absolutely beautiful!

My wedding video turned out amazing!

Steve totally went out of his way to help us with our wedding! He gave us an exceptional price and service. He is there to work with you every step of the way and make sure you get the quality you deserve!

My husband and I are SO happy that we chose Steve Buerer to be our videographer! The quality of service that he provides is beyond excellent. He is knowledgeable, professional, great to work with, and he truly cares about the people he is working for. He answers any question that you may have and is dedicated to creating a wonderful video experience for you, your spouse, and your family and friends. He is one of the kindest men, he takes YOU in to consideration for YOUR happiness, and I truly enjoyed working with him!
His assistant Natalie, who was our photographer, did an outstanding job on our photos! They turned out beautiful and she really took the time to capture our wedding day to perfection! She is easy to work with, always has a smile on her face, and is just wonderful to be around and work with!
My husband and I are beyond blessed to have found Steve and Natalie, and would choose them a hundred times over for any of our special occasions!

Sadly, this man has negatively effected our wedding day.
This man Steve was very slow at everything he was supposed to do. He forgot to include my sons performance on my videos, which I had to remind him that we did not approve him to remove or take that part out. Later he remembered to add the performance of my sons in my wedding reception videotapes.
Then - later finally after we went back and forth, he sent me the add of my sons performance in another videotape.
Ughhh…. Just ridiculous that a Bride and Groom had to go through this.
Really, I have been meaning to write a report since my wedding September 29, 2021.
Just about nine months ago … but I’ve been very busy in and out of town.
Sadly, this man ruined my wedding with his awful horrible videos that he took of me and my family friends and love ones- at my beautiful wedding! With his CELLPHONE videotaping. Smh
For instance,
This man & his “team” was nowhere to be found after my husband and I walked out of the chapel after our nuptials.
It was video and picture time again!
Later on I found out through my wedding coordinator he was somewhere eating and kept going back-and-forth with her and me!!!
She was so upset with him it was ridiculous!
Again, he was actually video taping with his iPhone!!!! Instead of cameras !!!!
Omgggggg 😂 A five-year-old could’ve done a better job with his Polaroid !!’
This was so unacceptable and so unprofessional.
Yeah- it was horrible!
Who would want to go through something like this????? Please, please ladies and gentlemen- do not hire him because you will regret it in my opinion!
In my opinion- Your “videographer and photographer” are to follow you everywhere on your wedding day …. we were too busy looking for him.
This man knew the assignment and was not there- but instead somewhere off EATING MY
Hors d’oeuvres for the guests!!!!
Again- later on after the wedding he was nowhere around somewhere at the reception eating!

Also, later on I found out through my awesome photographer that has nothing to do with him …. that Steve and his family was asking my main photographer how did he incorporate light skinned black People in the video????!!!!
OMG ARE YOU SERIOUS???
I had to ask my photographer if they could actually video in my room, & in my husbands room - otherwise we would not have gotten those videos while we were getting dressed and unwrapping wedding gifts!
That was nice of my other photographer person that I hired.
This Videographer Steve videos that he sent me were horribly unprofessional, an
“ F “ and amateur at best !!!!
In my opinion- This man does not know how to do people of color videos. He does not listen or follow the rules.
TBH I should have Sued him , but I’ve been so busy in and out of town.
This mans videos and professionalism combined is The worst I have ever seen, lowest of the lowest on the totem pole - please stay clear from this man !!!!
This man is a serious joke, he makes no sense at all.
Later after everything was done- I told him I was going to sue him & he threaten not to send me my videos !!!
So then I told him send me my money back! All $1675 of it!!!
But Of course he tried to change his tone of voice with me then.
I had to go back-and-forth with him ….he finally sent the videos months later, smh- and guess what it was a video of a whole different older white couple!!!!!! With my husband and I photo on the DVD!
We were flabbergasted and embarrassed in The presence of my family when we put the CD in the DVD! Someone else’s video of their wedding played instead of ours!
This man is so discombobulated It is Utterly ridiculous!!!
He and I went back-and-forth several times because he finally sent more DVDs and none of them worked ! They all were blank - with our pictures on them .
Finally he sent me yet another copy and we were able to look at those, & review our wedding and not another couples wedding!!
Later on he and I went back-and-forth again- which he insulted my intelligence as he rampages on & told me to “get a second job and stop harassing him” ???!!!!!
Lol he made no sense at all !!!
I asked him what was in his CUP @ my wedding reception??? Are you serious??
And to get him some teeth and stop
messing up his clients wedding videos!!!!
All of this was verbally over the phone and in text messages!
I told him that he was paid to do a job!
I asked him - is this what he like to do , you insult your clients intelligence when you’re criticized for your work?
He insulted my intelligence!
This man is ridiculous , please stay clear from him he knows nothing what he’s doing!
It is time to retire.
On the videos- he sent me, Steve had everything backwards on all of the DVDs he had my reception in one section- wedding in another section- and had them all numbered incorrectly!
He had no care in the world for the people he’s working for! Sadly- it was a really bad experience to say the least!
After everything was said and done I’m going back-and-forth with him… he actually said he was going to complain to my Pastor??!!!
Lol like I cared about that!
I told him “my pastor is not my husband”!!!!
& what was he talking about?!
He ruined my wedding by giving awful videos and had the audacity to ask my main photographer how do can video people of color?????!!!!!!
It is ridiculous!!! please stay clear from this man!!!

Please- in my opinion he was very unprofessional and his videos were horrible!
