I am a Virginia based photographer who specializes in weddings, pet/portraits, and landscape photography.

My love for photography developed with taking portraits of my pets to send to my husband while he was overseas. I realized quickly that I was able to capture all emotions of our pets and enjoyed the outcome of the images.

Creativeness and emotion filled images are my goals when photographing, whether is it with weddings, pets, portraits, or landscape photography. Capturing his calm, attentive nature provides me with some of my favorite photographs.

I work full-time as a medical office manger but my love for photography has inspired me to spend more time learning, so I started the photography program at Northern Virginia Community College. I enjoy all types of photography including wedding, lifestyle, portraits, pets, landscapes, and newborn. I prefer to shoot using natural lighting whenever possible and I have a home based studio which allows me to control lighting conditions, as needed.

I currently prefer shooting with my Nikon d600 full frame camera. I'm familiar with a wide range of cameras and occasionally I enjoy shooting on film with my 1962 Nikon F2.

I love traveling, meeting new people and pets, and being able to share that love all around.
