Our Indoor and Outdoor Tucson Wedding Accommodations Include:

An enclosed 6,000 square foot wedding reception pavilion with impressive 40 foot sliding doors that create a warm, open environment and showcase our property on the east and west sides.
The Sunset Vista outdoor wedding reception and ceremony area with 3,000 square feet of space and spectacular views of the Tucson Mountains and Sombrero Peak to the west.
The Catalina Terrace with 5,000 square feet of outdoor patio space and beautiful views of Tucson city lights while framed against the Catalina Mountain Range.
Located south of the special events pavilion is 15,000 square foot Sombrero Peak, complete with landscaped bonfire areas
Our beautiful Tucson wedding reception venue can accommodate from 100 up to 500 guests.
Stardance Weddings and Event Center combines affordable prices and memorable weddings. Our large wedding reception pavilion can be decorated to your taste, including a Western theme wedding. We promise that your special day will be amazing.

The bride, groom, and attendants are provided a private Get-Ready suite on site prior to the ceremony.

Our wedding coordinator and experienced service staff will be on site throughout your special day attending to all details.

We provide wedding cake cutting service at no additional charge.

Our site fee for ceremony and reception locations include, exclusive use of the whole facility, two covered patios, tables, white ceremony chairs, cake table, gift table, guest book table, china, glassware, silverware, a choice of white, ivory or black table-cloths, a vast selection of napkin colors to coordinate with your individual unique wedding theme (Western, Cultural, Seasonal), complete set up and clean up.

A Manager on Duty will be provided throughout the wedding event enhancing your amazing Stardance experience.

A little bit of heaven

We held an organizational event at Stardance Event Center and a wonderful time was had by all! The staff was very responsive and kind to all of our guests. We made a significant change at the last minute, and thankfully, Kelly was able to accommodate us. The event center is well maintained and the desert views and venue are beautiful. Our guests were blown-away, and already talking about wanting to hold future events at Stardance. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to Kelly and her staff. Very well done!

Stardance Event Center made our wedding day even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined it. Kelly Abbott and her amazing team of professionals, were organized, timely, respectful and most importantly friendly. I was able to email, text or call Kelly with any questions I had and she got back to me within 24 hours. The venue itself is gorgeous and the view wont disappoint. It's especially breathtaking for any out of town guests who have never experienced the Southwest. I am a Tucson native but live in Spokane, WA and planned my wedding from a distance. Kelly and her team were very understanding and were flexible with my schedule. We never saw the venue in person before we booked it, but because of my interactions with the staff, I was ready to get it on the books!

One of the best things about Stardance is their all encompassing packages. Take advantage of all their services. It made our wedding day so relaxing and extremely fun!

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Kelly, the owner and planner was fantastic to work with and quick to communicate. It rained hard the day of our wedding, the team moved everything inside, 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, the rain paused and the team quickly moved everything outside. Che, our photographer was a class act. He's so kind and personal. He truly was amazing and so talented to work with. The DJ was great, the cake was so tasty, as was the food. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and so low stress!

We had our wedding at Stardance and it was amazing! The owner Kelly Abbott is such a wonderful person to work with. The cake (Cakes by Genevieve) was beautiful and tasted amazing. Theresa the florist and decorator saved the day by helping me reach my vision for the decor 3 weeks before the wedding (I went with a different florist in the beginning and it was a nightmare) she was amazing and it looked exactly how I hoped it would. All of their staff is friendly and they make sure that the day is all about you and your groom.

We had the best time and definitely recommend this place. We had a little hiccup with auto payments but everything else was wonderful. Kelly always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and so did the rest of her team. We loved the photographer that was recommended (Wilson and Henry photography). If we could do it again, we would choose Stardance every time!

The venue is absolutely stunning and gives the perfect desert feel to your Tucson wedding. Open space so it does not feel like a cluster as many banquet hall weddings do. Very reasonable with the prices. The food was great as the owner also owns Rincon Market. I do think they would meet more brides' needs if they offered plated dining instead of only buffet. That being said we had about 120 guests and the line never appeared long at all, ran smoothly. I liked that we had to bring our own alcohol. I liked they provided bartender service so I did not have to find my own outside vendor. I think they should reevaluate their licensing to acommodate more couples' needs as well in regards to a 6 hour time limit. Or re-iterate this throughout the planning process. I was completely unaware the sparkler exit needed to start 30 minutes before our end time and last call was one hour before our end time until like a week out from our wedding. You are required to use their DJ service. I would HIGHLY recommend they upgrade the bridal suite. The bachelor pad is amazing with TVs, fridge, pool table, etc. Overall, I enjoyed working with Kelly and her team and we had sooooo many compliments on the venue. I know one of my outside vendors felt they did not have the best interaction with Kelly and I think she is really busy running Rincon Market and two other wedding venues in the Tucson area. I had planned on doing monthly payments and about 6 months in to my monthly auto-payments it stopped withdrawing from my account. We were able to work it out but it was a little annoying because I was budgeting very tightly for all our wedding dues.
Again, at the end of the wedding, everything ran very smoothly and I got a TON of compliments!

Attended wedding saw food server come out a restroom stall and she didn't wash her hands and Owner was Very rude to 3 guest at my table who didn't know they were going by table numbers which was unnecessary . I also heard her say the reception couldn't end soon enough also rude . Finally she was going to cut off a guest from the bar cause she was standing out side with friends laughing loud . Well the guest is a co-worker who always laughs loud she wasn't drunk. I am getting married and would not use Stardance just because of her.
