There are not enough words to describe what a pleasure it has been to work with Gabriella to plan our special day. From the very beginning, she has been so helpful with every detail, answering all of our questions in a timely manner and having excellent communication when reaching out to us and our vendors. Gabriella's sweet personality made us feel at ease while planning..we never felt overwhelmed whatsoever and always looked forward to our meetings with her. During the big day, we were able to enjoy every single moment because we knew that Gabriella had everything taken care of for us. We could not have planned this wedding without her. We also appreciate Aubrey's help the day of our wedding. His attention to detail made everything magical, and his bright energy made us feel excited to celebrate our love. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Gabriella. Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding, and we genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her. Gabriella came in during the month leading up to our wedding and immediately took an enormous amount off our plates. She completely took over vendor coordination, made sure every detail was accounted for, and brought such a sense of organization and calm to what could have been an incredibly stressful few weeks. She was proactive, thoughtful, incredibly responsive, and always seemed to be ten steps ahead. She also quite literally saved us when we began having issues with our florist, who had become slightly difficult to get ahold of in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Gabriella had worked with our vendor many times before and had a close relationship with the owner of the company. She stepped in, took over communication, tracked down answers, worked through every outstanding detail, and made sure everything came together exactly as we had envisioned. What had been one of our biggest sources of stress suddenly felt completely under control because she was handling it. By the time our wedding arrived, everything was perfectly in place. And then there was the wedding day itself. Gabriella was INCREDIBLE. She seamlessly managed every single step of the day from beginning to end, and we never once had to think about what was happening behind the scenes. We were able to be completely present, enjoy our friends and family, and soak in every second of our wedding because we knew Gabriella had everything handled. Beyond being phenomenal at her job, Gabriella is also just an exceptionally kind, warm, lovely person to work with. One of the most reassuring things was seeing the reaction we got whenever we told another vendor that Gabriella was our coordinator. Without fail, they were ecstatic. Everyone seemed to know her, everyone loved working with her, and we heard over and over again how wonderful she was. After working with her ourselves, we completely understand why. Gabriella made the final month of wedding planning infinitely easier and made our wedding day feel completely effortless. She gave us the incredible gift of being able to actually experience our wedding instead of managing it. We are so, so grateful to her and could not recommend her more highly. If you have the opportunity to work with Gabriella, DO IT. You will be in the absolute best hands.

We were very pleased with the help and day of assistance from Gabriella and Kathryn, Thanks to them we had no stress the day of! We were planning a wedding remotely from a different state and having someone in Tucson helped a lot. We had a good majority of the wedding planned before meeting with Gabriella, they were able to point out our blind spots and help us decide on the small details we had missed. Additionally, Kathryn was the point of contact and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of, they did an amazing job communicating and handling issues that came up. It was very easy to work with them and they were so supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend them!

Gaby and I knew each other before I even met my spouse, but even if that weren't the case there isn't another person I'd trust during the planning process. They were communicative, put out fires, helped us wrap our heads around anything and everything, and took so many things off of our plate the day of. I can't imagine doing all of this without a planner, but especially can't imagine our wedding day without Gaby
