Our wedding at Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood was truly everything we dreamed of and more, and that’s thanks to the incredible team who supported us every step of the way.
From the very beginning, the Sales and Planning Team: Cristina, Bianca, and Codie made the entire process feel effortless. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and their guidance kept us organized and stress-free.
On the big day, Cristina, our day of coordinator, was an absolute superstar. She handled everything with calm confidence, kept the timeline running smoothly, and made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. We can’t imagine the day without her.
A huge thank you to Rachel, our amazing banquet captain, who ensured the reception ran flawlessly. Her professionalism and warm energy were felt throughout the night.
The banquet staff: Nataly, Jenniffer, and Carlos were outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and made our guests feel welcome and well cared for. We received so many compliments about how wonderful the service was.
The food was incredible, thanks to Chef Andrew, who crafted a delicious meal that our guests are still raving about.
And of course, the drinks were flowing thanks to our fantastic bartenders, Constantine and Connor. They kept the bar moving, mixed great cocktails, and added so much fun to the celebration.
Overall, Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood exceeded our expectations in every way. Their team made our wedding feel seamless, joyful, and truly unforgettable. We couldn’t be more grateful and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for the perfect venue and a team that genuinely cares.

One of the best venues out there. The Wedgewood team here is out of this world. We had our first meeting with Cristina and right away we were hooked. She made us feel so comfortable and made us feel important. Our second meeting was with Bianca and Maci who were top notch during the meeting. They both helped things run so smoothly and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. When we had a meeting with Codie, she was SO thorough with going over the details and completely encouraged us with our spontaneous last minute changes. Bianca was our day of coordinator and LET ME TELL YOU that she was handling EVERYTHING from reassuring us to even using a leaf blower to clean up the ceremony location to make sure that everything was perfect for our day. Our bartender Connor was amazing behind the bar. He was able to keep the nearly empty with how fast he was getting us the drinks AND they were perfect. The banquet captain Sierra and here servers Rachel and Sandra were so amazing. They kept the place looking clean and Sierra killed it with keeping us updated. Our photobooth attendant Taylor did a great job dealing with everyone wanting a photo. Chef Andrew created masterpieces for our meals. Angel was also an awesome DJ who kept the dance floor packed all night long. We HIGHLY recommend this venue and the people that run it!!!

Absolutely LOVED our venue and everything it had to offer. As a type A person, I wanted to plan everything myself and day of, was stressed it wasn’t going to look perfect but Maci did an INCREDIBLE job with my vision!
I can’t thank them enough, start to finish this whole process was so easy- they do everything for you. Literally everything. Every little question I had in my head, they answered it before I could even bring it up. People have been talking about our wedding nonstop and how much fun it was, how incredible the staff was, and how good the food was! EVERYONE did an amazing job. Chef Andrew cooked amazing food. Sid and Maliek- just wow with the drinks. Truly was nervous the drinks would take awhile just like with every other wedding I’ve been to but they were on point- never waited- I came around the corner and Maliek stopped what he was doing and made my drink in a second. Best bartenders ever! The DJ was amazing- Ulisses met up with us before the wedding and went over every song to make sure they were right and perfect. Ann from ACS floral was in contact with me from day one of planning (14 months) and always answered my change of colors requests immediately. Freed’s Bakery made our amazing marble cake with mocha filling. Banquet Staff- Michael and Nataly were awesome. Sierra, banquet captain was there for us starting at dinner (took over for our coordinator) and she didn’t miss a beat. And Maci, our coordinator, truly made every step of the way so easy and fun. From our rehearsal to setting up where everything I brought went, she did amazing. Do not second guess booking this venue for your wedding- I wouldn’t have changed one thing!

Although we did not deal with everyone on staff, everyone we did work with was absolutely amazing! Bianca was incredible from our initial meeting/tour at Wedgewood. Christina was also great when conducting our final meeting and helping to coordinate drop off & pick up of decor. Maci, Rachel & Maliek absolutely knocked our wedding day out of the park, and we could not be more grateful for them and how they made us feel! Ann at ACS Floral more than brought our floral dreams to reality & Francisco kept our guests dancing & partying all night long. We could not recommend this venue or this team more!!

BEST WEDDING EVER!! We were married at Stallion Mountain in January and we're still hearing this from our guests today.

We cannot recommed Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood enough. We first met with Codie in October of 2024 for our January 2025 wedding. When we pulled up and saw it was in a gated community, it immediately gave me a sense of security. The pressure was on with just three short months to plan from over 2k miles away. I told Codie I want to show up, have a blast, and go home. Since this was a destination wedding, I didn't want to have to worry about a single thing. And let me tell you, that's exactly what happened!  

Codie was so accomodating and helpful. She took her time with us. She showed us around and answered all our questions. I just knew it was the right venue. We put our deposit in that same day! She gave me the planning binder and it was game on! What an excellent tool they provide to help guide every single step. 

We worked mostly with Bianca. She was very prompt with our appointments. She was so professional and organized...just an absolute pleasure to work with. All my questions were answered and she put my frantic mind at ease. Cristina also answered a few of my text messages and emails and she too was equally kind, professional and helpful. 

Day of the wedding...my limo was delayed a little so I ended up going right into the bridal suite without getting to check that everything was in order because we were doing the tradional wedding of not seeing eachother before the ceremony. I said to myself, I will just accept anything that's not exactly the way I wanted because I didn't have a chance to see anything beforehand. But man, these girls and their vendors knocked it out of the park.  Every single item I brought was set out exactly the way I asked. The building was immaculate!

Bianca was our day of coordinator. She was spectacular! She checked in on us. She kept every task on time. She made sure we were eating and drinking. She even spread out my train before I walked down the aisle.  

We used their recommended vendors. They were spectacular! Freed's Bakery was amazing to work with. Order the sample pack if you're out of town. They mailed cupcakes and frosting samples. So helpful and so delicious! ACS Floral NAILED my envision. We did everything through texting, phone calls and email. And it was absolutley stunning. And Stephen Salazar (SSCO) photography was like working with a family member! Jenelle spent a solid hour with me on our initial phone call because I wasn't sure I really wanted a lot of photographs/video and she made me feel so comfortable about it. Day of she was so patient and guided me every step of the way. Just amazing! And the photos are breathtaking. Use these vendors!!! They know the venue and the staff and will help make the day perfect!

We got so many compliments on the food. It was absolutley delicious. The portions were good. Maci, Rachel & Sierra did such a great job. Everything went so smooth. We had zero complaints. It was all compliments from the guests. We also did the taco bar as a late night snack and it was devoured by our guests.

Francisco was our DJ and kept everything on cue. He was a pleasure to work with and made our reception so fun! Malik was our bartender and WOW! He didn't skip a beat. And when the bride and groom walked in, we were immediately taken care of.

The team at Stallion Mountain could not have been nicer, more professional, or more accomodating. Maci, Codie, Bianca, and Cristina made the entire process fun and easy.

Since we were not local we had to do most of the planning over the phone and through email, but the team was always helpful and answered all of our questions. They talked us through the different options and offered amazing suggestions throughout the entire process.

Our wedding day itself was fantastic! Maci, Rachel, and Sierra took care of everything. Pastor Ed did a fantastic job and tailored his service to our tastes.

Speaking of tastes, the food was better than most of the restaurants on the Strip! Our bartender Lee took great care of us and suggested some amazing drinks.

If you are looking to get married in Vegas then Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings is the only place you need to look.

A big thank you to the staff at this venue. They are all amazing! Bianca and Maci were just so lovely to work with. They understood what we were going for and knew how to get stuff done. They also provided a lot of laughs along the way! We are very grateful to have found this venue. It's already a beautiful space and didn't need much decorations. We only invested in floral and it looks so nice! In addition to Bianca and Maci, the staff at the reception and the bartenders were fantastic! They were so attentive and just nice people. Even our families mentioned that the service was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and when we look back, we have no regrets on anything! So THANK YOU Wedgewood Las Vegas! My husband & I got married here in March 2025. It was the wedding of our dreams.
When I first toured Stallion Mountain I was blown away from the beauty of the Venue itself. I knew it was the one for us. The gated community was clean, well kept & the venue had been renovated with all the simple but elegant touches. I loved every detail about it.
My wedding consist of about 160 people so that was a plus that they could accommodate.
Food was amazing! The packages they offer is affordable not like other outrageous venues here in Vegas. The wedding coordinators we worked with were Christina & Bianca.
They both were so sweet, professional, and communication was there through out the whole process.
We had Bianca on our wedding day and let me just tell you we LOVED HER VIBE. She is the best. Having her made everything else just fall into place. I was ay ease knowing she was on top of it and that everything was going smooth. I remember her saying her goodbyes to Zack and I & we just didn’t want her to leave and to stay all night with us lol. If you’re looking for a venue to host your wedding, look no further!

My wife and I were originally exploring venues in California when we came across Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings during a birthday trip to Las Vegas. We reached out and scheduled a tour for the next day.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Codie, our host and tour guide. Codie was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful—answering all our questions and never making us feel pressured or rushed. Everything they offered matched exactly what we were looking for. By the end of the tour, we were so confident in our decision that we booked our date on the spot!

One of the biggest deciding factors for us was that the venue is all-inclusive. We chose the Elite Package, which included the ceremony and reception venues, officiant, DJ, photo booth, open bar, buffet-style dinner, wedding cake, tables, chairs, and centerpieces. The only item not included was the floral arrangements. The venue offers two ceremony/reception options—we chose the Sunrise site, which features an outdoor ceremony space with beautiful mountain views, and a cozy, welcoming indoor reception space. We had a party of 120 guests and the venue never felt crowded.

Leading up to our big day, we communicated frequently with the planning team—mostly over email, along with a few phone calls and one in-person meeting. Codie, Bianca, and Cristina made sure every detail was taken care of and made us feel supported from day one.

On our wedding day, May 5, 2025, Maci was our day-of coordinator and she was amazing. We originally planned to have an outdoor ceremony, but unfortunately, it rained. Maci handled everything with grace and gave us options quickly. We decided to move the ceremony inside, and it was just as beautiful as we imagined.

Maci went above and beyond with decorating our guest book/sign-in table and making sure every detail we asked for was perfect. Her calm demeanor helped us and our entire wedding party stay relaxed and happy.

Our banquet captain, Rachel, was incredibly fast and efficient, making sure everything went smoothly. Banquet staff Sierra, Nataly, and Sallahsi were also attentive and helpful throughout the evening. Our only minor complaint was that the food was cleared a little quickly—but otherwise, the service was outstanding.

Our officiant, Pastor Johnny, was absolutely amazing—funny, calming, and truly made the ceremony special. We loved him!

A huge thank you to our bartenders, Maliek and Kevin, who kept everyone happy and hydrated all night long. They were friendly, quick, and even joined the fun—dancing and taking pictures with us!

Thank you also to Ann from AC Florals, who made our reception space look stunning. Her work on our memory table honoring loved ones was especially meaningful. She was affordable, reliable, and always responsive to our questions.

We used Freed’s Bakery for our wedding cake, and it was a hit! Guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful and delicious it was.

Last but not least—our DJ, Ulisses, was the star of the night. He played every song we requested and kept the dance floor packed all night long. We couldn’t have asked for a better party!

From start to finish, Wedgewood Weddings made our dream wedding a reality. The food was incredible—we chose the panko chicken, tarragon salmonp, and beef tenderloin—and everything was top-notch.

We cannot recommend both Wedgewood and the Stallion Mountain venue enough. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings. The team didn’t just make this possible—they made it easy and joyful. They embraced the vibrant energy of the Sangeet, helped coordinate the flow of multiple events, and ensured each part of the day felt distinct, festive, and incredibly special.

The bar team—Maliek and Chrystaly—kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going all night.

We also want to shout out Ann from ACS Florals for the beautiful floral arrangements that captured our aesthetic perfectly, Freed’s Bakery for the gorgeous (and delicious!) cake, and Ulisses, our DJ, who masterfully balanced both our Sangeet playlist and reception party vibes. He kept the energy up across both parts of the day and had everyone on the dance floor.

Wedgewood made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel absolutely effortless. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on being present with our family and friends and enjoying every moment. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping us celebrate in a way that felt true to us.
