Such an amazing venue. They went above and beyond for our wedding.
Bianca our coordinator was so amazing and made our day perfect. She even did my bustle before our grand entrance.

Although we did not deal with everyone on staff, everyone we did work with was absolutely amazing! Bianca was incredible from our initial meeting/tour at Wedgewood. Christina was also great when conducting our final meeting and helping to coordinate drop off & pick up of decor. Maci, Rachel & Maliek absolutely knocked our wedding day out of the park, and we could not be more grateful for them and how they made us feel! Ann at ACS Floral more than brought our floral dreams to reality & Francisco kept our guests dancing & partying all night long. We could not recommend this venue or this team more!! -

BEST WEDDING EVER!! We were married at Stallion Mountain in January and we're still hearing this from our guests today.
We cannot recommed Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood enough. We first met with Codie in October of 2024 for our January 2025 wedding. When we pulled up and saw it was in a gated community, it immediately gave me a sense of security. The pressure was on with just three short months to plan from over 2k miles away. I told Codie I want to show up, have a blast, and go home. Since this was a destination wedding, I didn't want to have to worry about a single thing. And let me tell you, that's exactly what happened!
Codie was so accomodating and helpful. She took her time with us. She showed us around and answered all our questions. I just knew it was the right venue. We put our deposit in that same day! She gave me the planning binder and it was game on! What an excellent tool they provide to help guide every single step.
We worked mostly with Bianca. She was very prompt with our appointments. She was so professional and organized...just an absolute pleasure to work with. All my questions were answered and she put my frantic mind at ease. Cristina also answered a few of my text messages and emails and she too was equally kind, professional and helpful.
Day of the wedding...my limo was delayed a little so I ended up going right into the bridal suite without getting to check that everything was in order because we were doing the tradional wedding of not seeing eachother before the ceremony. I said to myself, I will just accept anything that's not exactly the way I wanted because I didn't have a chance to see anything beforehand. But man, these girls and their vendors knocked it out of the park. Every single item I brought was set out exactly the way I asked. The building was immaculate!
Bianca was our day of coordinator. She was spectacular! She checked in on us. She kept every task on time. She made sure we were eating and drinking. She even spread out my train before I walked down the aisle.
We used their recommended vendors. They were spectacular! Freed's Bakery was amazing to work with. Order the sample pack if you're out of town. They mailed cupcakes and frosting samples. So helpful and so delicious! ACS Floral NAILED my envision. We did everything through texting, phone calls and email. And it was absolutley stunning. And Stephen Salazar (SSCO) photography was like working with a family member! Jenelle spent a solid hour with me on our initial phone call because I wasn't sure I really wanted a lot of photographs/video and she made me feel so comfortable about it. Day of she was so patient and guided me every step of the way. Just amazing! And the photos are breathtaking. Use these vendors!!! They know the venue and the staff and will help make the day perfect!
We got so many compliments on the food. It was absolutley delicious. The portions were good. Maci, Rachel & Sierra did such a great job. Everything went so smooth. We had zero complaints. It was all compliments from the guests. We also did the taco bar as a late night snack and it was devoured by our guests.
Francisco was our DJ and kept everything on cue. He was a pleasure to work with and made our reception so fun! Malik was our bartender and WOW! He didn't skip a beat. And when the bride and groom walked in, we were immediately taken care of.

The team at Stallion Mountain could not have been nicer, more professional, or more accomodating. Maci, Codie, Bianca, and Cristina made the entire process fun and easy.
Since we were not local we had to do most of the planning over the phone and through email, but the team was always helpful and answered all of our questions. They talked us through the different options and offered amazing suggestions throughout the entire process.
Our wedding day itself was fantastic! Maci, Rachel, and Sierra took care of everything. Pastor Ed did a fantastic job and tailored his service to our tastes.
Speaking of tastes, the food was better than most of the restaurants on the Strip! Our bartender Lee took great care of us and suggested some amazing drinks.
If you are looking to get married in Vegas then Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings is the only place you need to look. -

A big thank you to the staff at this venue. They are all amazing! Bianca and Maci were just so lovely to work with. They understood what we were going for and knew how to get stuff done. They also provided a lot of laughs along the way! We are very grateful to have found this venue. It's already a beautiful space and didn't need much decorations. We only invested in floral and it looks so nice! In addition to Bianca and Maci, the staff at the reception and the bartenders were fantastic! They were so attentive and just nice people. Even our families mentioned that the service was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better venue and when we look back, we have no regrets on anything! So THANK YOU Wedgewood Las Vegas! My husband & I got married here in March 2025. It was the wedding of our dreams.
When I first toured Stallion Mountain I was blown away from the beauty of the Venue itself. I knew it was the one for us. The gated community was clean, well kept & the venue had been renovated with all the simple but elegant touches. I loved every detail about it.
My wedding consist of about 160 people so that was a plus that they could accommodate.
Food was amazing! The packages they offer is affordable not like other outrageous venues here in Vegas. The wedding coordinators we worked with were Christina & Bianca.
They both were so sweet, professional, and communication was there through out the whole process.
We had Bianca on our wedding day and let me just tell you we LOVED HER VIBE. She is the best. Having her made everything else just fall into place. I was ay ease knowing she was on top of it and that everything was going smooth. I remember her saying her goodbyes to Zack and I & we just didn’t want her to leave and to stay all night with us lol. Thank you Bianca for dealing with us and the family. We couldn’t be more grateful. This company knows what they’re doing. I’d highly recommend Wedgewood Weddings 💗

We cannot recommend both Wedgewood and the Stallion Mountain venue enough. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings. From day one, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when incorporating multiple cultural elements, but the Sales & Planning Team—Maci, Codie, Bianca, and Cristina— made it all feel so smooth and seamless.
One of the biggest reasons we’re so grateful is how accommodating the team was with our timeline and vision. We held our Sangeet celebration during the reception—all at the venue. The team didn’t just make this possible—they made it easy and joyful. They embraced the vibrant energy of the Sangeet, helped coordinate the flow of multiple events, and ensured each part of the day felt distinct, festive, and incredibly special.
Maci, our Day-of Coordinator, was truly amazing. She was calm, organized, and always one step ahead. She made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing and genuinely cared about making our day perfect.
Rachel, our Banquet Captain, along with Nataly, Bianca, and Sierra, provided exceptional service throughout the evening. They treated our guests with such kindness and attention, and so many people commented on how lovely the staff was. The bar team—Maliek and Chrystaly—kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going all night.
We also want to shout out Ann from ACS Florals for the beautiful floral arrangements that captured our aesthetic perfectly, Freed’s Bakery for the gorgeous (and delicious!) cake, and Ulisses, our DJ, who masterfully balanced both our Sangeet playlist and reception party vibes. He kept the energy up across both parts of the day and had everyone on the dance floor.
Wedgewood made what could have been a logistically complicated day feel absolutely effortless. Thanks to them, we were able to focus on being present with our family and friends and enjoying every moment. We are so grateful to the entire team for helping us celebrate in a way that felt true to us. -

Best day ever!
Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings was the best decision we could make for our wedding! Since the beginning they were so helpful, answering our emails quickly, being attentive and caring! Since this was a destination wedding their packages were awesome because everything is included! You don’t have to worry about finding other vendors! The wedding was so amazing, everyone had a blast! everyone loved the food!! It was the best day ever! Big thanks to Codie, Cristina, Bianca, Rachel and Michelle! You guys are amazing!!! Perfect wedding experience
I felt like this was the most stress free wedding I’ve ever attended and it was MY OWN! They are absolutely fantastic at everything they do. It was the most incredible night. The DJ, the security looking out for the kids when they saw coyotes, the chef (the food was delectable), the event planners, and everyone else was just truly so professional and accommodating. 20/10 highly recommend!! -

A joy to work with
After looking at quite a few venues around Las Vegas and not feeling that they were right for what my fiance and I wanted we went to Stallion Mountain and I am overjoyed we did. Codie and the team here worked so hard to make our wedding dreams come true and were helpful every step of the way, from decor to food this venue has it on lock and made our wedding feel like a priority and not just another wedding they needed to get through. Special mention to chef Barbara worked tirelessly to accommodate our vegan and gluten free guests, our amazing bartenders Jose and Maliek who were such joys to have at the wedding, Trey our security guy who made everyone feel safe during the event and all the other people who worked so hard to make our day go off without a problem. If you want to feel taken care of and have people who know what they are doing then Stallion Mountain is the venue for you. -

My husband and I got married at Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings in August and had a small destination wedding. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day. :) This whole process was definitely a challenge for us, so thank you to the planning staff Bianca, Codie, and Cristina for your patience and guiding us through each step, you are all awesome! Everything looked beautiful and I really appreciated Bianca going above and beyond for us as our day of coordinator, and with her patience and expertise the day went so smooth! The venue was gorgeous and clean. We had more than enough space in the getting ready rooms. (We were in the patio/citation venue.) Our guests also had so much fun! They said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. :) The staff, the venue, the vendors, everything and everyone blew us away and we will never forget our wedding day. Dream come true
We loved our wedding experience at Stallion Mountain. Everything was flawless.
We were supposed to have an outdoor but the wind was making it difficult. Our wedding coordinator decided to pivot at the last minute and bring our ceremony inside. They handled everything so flawlessly.
The vendors they recommended were amazing. The only bad part is our wedding day flew by and I wish I could do it all again. -

The all-inclusive package was great, the planning process was smooth (since they provide a folder with all the features and factors we have to know), and the details meetings were very helpful and fun. Quick to respond and detailed answers to all of my questions. Food and service were phenomenal. They suggest numerous trusted vendors that are beyond fantastic. My husband and I, along with the rest of our lovely guests, truly enjoyed the night that we still rave about it up until now (even a month after). Honestly, if didn't have the team at Wedgwood LV, I don't think we would have made it though this big wedding celebration, I am currently writing a book about the whole process, but absolutely beautiful venue, with every level taken care of so seamlessly, the vendors included, the personalization of everything, the weather we had no idea would be the mansoon aftermath, and was devastated to not have it outside on their patio like planned, but they quickly made the inside ceremony so beautiful, and rearranged the ceremony like nothing happened to the point we were back on schedule, their photobooth staff was amazing, the security guard actually cared about safety, and helped make sure everything ran smoothly even enjoyed some of the festivities, the food was spectacular, Bianca is one of the best people, and is a person to absolutely meet, I have so much to say, and I don't think thank you is enough for everything that transpired!, I hope our wedding will be featured on you all's social media, as it was definitely a one of kind theme and moment,
The credit for personalized items by the way (a few pictures), is a complete life saver, and fast service 10/10!
Definitely give this venue a chance, when trying to do an all inclusive and then some, type of wedding or event!

Wow! Where to begin. I highly recommend Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings. They were so organized from start to finish, which made it easy being a destination wedding. We first started working with Codie. Prior to our phone meeting. She emailed us well in advance with a virtual tour of the venue, food menu, and additional pictures. She was very patient as I had so many questions and kept changing what I wanted. After locking in a date, they sent a very detailed wedding planning binder that truly helped me as I'm not a party planner.
In February for our details meeting, we decided to fly out to Vegas to see the venue in person. Our flights changed, and we had to adjust our dates. Lindsey was so accommodating and adjusted her schedule so we could still see the venue. They had just renovated it, which made me even more excited.
The day of my rehearsal Cristina was fantastic. She went through all of the wedding decor to make sure we had everything. She explained everything on what the following day would look like and ran rehearsal with ease. On wedding day. It was everything I imagined. The bridal suite was beautiful. Codie had champagne in the suite for us and she was so supportive. The reception was so fun and set up exactly how I wanted. The food was so good, and my guests are still talking about it. Sierra was an amazing banquet manager. I was so appreciative of her sending us home with some food and champagne as we didn't really get a chance to eat.
Now for the vendors. You should use their recommended vendors. ACS Florals, Ann and her team did an amazing job setting up the patio for the ceremony, the bouquets, table arrangement, and the cascade of flowers for my cake. Speaking of cake, Freed's Bakery made the most beautiful and delicious cake I have ever had. If you want to have a good time, The Las Vegas Wedding Guy, DJ Murphy is the man with a great plan. We had such a blast. He played some great music and played everything I requested plus some. I loved his vibe. Last but certainly not least. SSCO Photography was out of this world. Jenelle captured every moment. When she sent my pictures I was in tears. She took some great pictures in the moment. She is so kind, patient, and makes you feel very comfortable. Also, brought some props just in case. Stuff I didn't think about which put me at ease.
Again, I can't thank Codie, Cristina, Lindsey, Sierra, ACS Florals, The Las Vegas Wedding Guy, SSCO Photography, and Freed's Bakery. Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings made my dream come true. I can't stop thinking about it. -

Exceeded all Expectations
Stallion Mountain gave me and my husband the wedding of our dreams!!! We were looking to do a destination wedding (we're from NJ) and I found this venue online. I fell in love with the layout and view. I requested information and received a quick response along with a virtual tour and consultation date. Let me start by saying that the pictures and videos online DO NOT FULLY CAPTURE THE BEAUTY OF THIS VENUE. The packages offered were amazing! We went with the Elite Package and we couldn't have been happier! We got so much for our money and every element was top notch. The food was incredible, the service was on-point and we were treated like royalty at our rehearsal and on our wedding day. Everything was taken care of and not one thing went awry. Our wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. The planning process was so easy and stress-free. The timeline binder that they sent kept us on track and organized. Bianca, Codie, Taylor, Megan and Rachel are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. Their passion and professionalism really show through the care that they take with their couples. Everyone that attended our wedding is still raving about it. We used most of their preferred vendors. Here was our take: ACS FLORALS: Anne was great to work with. I sent her some pictures of flowers I liked, my colors and she captured exactly what I had pictured in mind. Every element that she produced was beautiful. FREED'S BAKERY The best wedding cake I've ever had. Period. LAS VEGAS WEDDING GUY (DJ) DJ Sheridan was EXACTLY the type of DJ we wanted for our wedding. He spent quite some time on the phone with us going over every musical element of our wedding. He was there during rehearsal to play all of our music and to review all of our information with us again to make sure that he was fully prepared. Once the reception started....so did the party!!! He did such a phenomenal job and we even had a few people ask for the playlist. The dancefloor was packed all night! We used Sarah Jay Photography (not on Stallion's list) and she was our favorite vendor. My husband and I aren't very comfortable in front of the camera and she was able to put us at ease with her professionalism and sense of humor. We clicked immediately and it really came through in our photos. Her talent far exceeds what she charges and we couldn't be happier with all of our photos. SHUTTERBOOTH LAS VEGAS Honestly, the phot booth was so much fun! Everyone had so much fun with it and we are so happy that we have an album with everyone's photo strips. Highly recommend!!! I would recommend Stallion Mountain over and over again. It truly was the best day of our lives and their team made it happen!! -

Having our wedding at Stallion Mountain with Wedgewood was the absolute perfect experience. From the day we booked until the day we had our wedding everything was organized, professional and perfect. They give you a binder with all of your to dos and make sure that you have dates organized in a way that is easy to follow so you don’t miss any dates. The photographer from SSCO was an absolute DREAM to work with and our photos came out absolutely phenomenal. There is no one I would have rather worked with on our special day. She was fun and easy to get along with and made taking the pictures feel natural, even for my husband who hates having his picture taken. I would absolutely recommend using Wedgewood weddings AND their photographers SSCO!!! -

What can I say about Wedgewood! From start to finish they have been nothing but excellent. From the beginning, we toured the facility and absolutely fell in love. We also couldn’t help but fall in love to their all inclusive package. It really helped make our wedding planning journey a lot easier than most. From every meeting we got to discuss little details and plan things we didn’t even think a wedding would need. Even in my “bridezilla moments”, they were nothing but helpful! To our wedding day; we did not have our ceremony at Wedgewood, but boy were they nothing but spectacular! Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by Bianca, who was an absolute superstar, with champagne and one of our many toasting flutes that were gifted to us. She also had organized the hors d’oeuvres for us upon arrival so that we could have some! DJ Murphy, was also an absolute dream to work with! Big shout out there! He put the music in that we requested and made sure the night went seamlessly! Our cake from Freeds is one of their vendors and that was phenomenal! As well as shutter booth for their photo booth! I had reached out and had asked for the “Kardashian themed Photo Booth” and they were nothing but helpful! We had so much fun and I couldn’t thank Wedgewood enough for all of their help! -

Wedgewood was the ideal wedding venue. We could not have asked for a better wedding planning and celebration experience!
We originally scheduled our wedding for Oct 2020, but had to make the difficult decision to postpone due to COVID. Wedgewood let us choose our new wedding date, and made the transition as seamless as possible. Email correspondence with Bianca, Vanessa, Brittany, and Codie were answered within a day. They made sure we had all the information that we needed to make our decisions about changing dates, COVID guidelines and restrictions, and all other planning details. Special shout out to our brilliant coordinator, Bianca, for creating our perfect day, and for making it extra special. Also to Sandy for a lovely dining experience.
Our wedding has been the largest purchase we have made in our lives so far, but we feel it was well worth the convenience, flexibility, and high-quality options that Wedgewood provided in their all-inclusive event package. We especially loved their recommended vendors, who provided our beautiful flowers, delicious cake, and top-notch hosting and entertainment. -

The Best Wedding Venue
Wedgewood is just absolutely amazing. I worked with Lindsay, Roxanne and Bianca and they were all so kind and helped make the wedding planning process so painless! I had my dream wedding at Wedgewood and their vendors are all so professional. The venue will work with your budget and even invite you to open houses to try their food (amazing), meet their vendors, and get a feel for what your future wedding can look like. My wedding party and I were all treated like royalty the day of the wedding and even the banquet captain was caring! Everything was absolutely perfect! -

My husband and I fell in love with Wedgewood the first time we saw it. We tried looking at other venues but they did not give us the same feeling that we had when we toured Wedgewood. And there's none that could beat their packages! We booked our wedding a year and a half in advance because we know for sure that our date was going to be a popular one. Our wedding was on 02-02-2020 and let me tell you, our overall experience was AMAZING. It was probably the windiest day of our lives but we sure had a BLAST.
If you are looking for an all inclusive venue in Las Vegas, this is the PERFECT place! Almost EVERYTHING was included in our package. And they allow you to customize any changes you want to make. They have been so accommodating from the beginning to the end that it made the overall planning less stressful.
We chose the Elite Package and here is what is included:
1. We got 5 hours total for the ceremony and reception however we did add an extra hour and a half for an extra charge. Set up and take down was included with the price. They also have a bridal suite and a groom suite that they allowed us to be in 2 hours before the ceremony. They also included a complimentary champagne toast on the day of the wedding for me, my MOH, and bridesmaids.
2. Officiant- my husband and I were already officially married ( we had a small civil wedding) since last year so we were not picky on who was going to "officiate" at our ceremony and luckily our package included an officiant. Originally, it was Pastor Ed that was going to be our officiant however he had a last minute family emergency so we had a replacement. This was the only con that we had on our wedding day. Pastor Ed knew all of the Filipino ceremony traditions that we wanted to incorporate in our ceremony. We had to fill in the replacement Pastor with everything 30 mins before our ceremony because he was not made aware and was not familiar with the Filipino traditions. Regardless, even though our ceremony did not run as smoothly as we wanted it to be, the replacement pastor still did a good job.
3. Cocktail hour- our package included 8 Hors d'oeuvres which were all delicious and there was so many to choose from on their menu!
4. Open bar- my hubby and I do not drink so we specifically wanted to include this in our package for our guests and it was a HIT. They also let you customize 2 signature drinks which was pretty cool. Ours were the Mai Tai the Knot and Bae Breeze.
5. Decor- upgraded chiavari chairs, table linen and napkins (your choice of color), centerpieces (from ACS florals), mirrors for the centerpieces, votive candles for the tables, entrance table, and easels for all your signs.
6. Cake- yes, even the cake is included! It was made by Freed's Bakery and not only did it look good but it tasted sooo good too! We had about 115 people total so they made us a 3 tier cake and we got to pick the flavors.
7. DJ- DJ Murphy was THE BEST. He was so accommodating with the type of music we wanted to play. He knew how to keep the crowd entertained. We talked to him for about 2 hours after our wedding rehearsal and he is the nicest and most awesome DJ ever!
8. Photobooth- it was provided by Shutterbooth and they were there whole night. They let you design your own layout and choose your backdrop. They also give you a complimentary guest book so we didn't have to worry about that which is so awesome. They gave us a copy of every single photo taken and put them in the guest book then had our guests sign with a message.
9. Invitations- YES, this is included too. They give you a specific amount of credit (depending on how many guests you have) to use on their invitation website. And there are a lot of designs to choose from!
10. Wedding Coordinator and Banquet Captain- Our wedding coordinator was Roxane and she was very helpful throughout the process. She made sure everything happened the way we wanted it. And our banquet captain was Julie. She was so sweet and was always checking up on me and my hubby to see if we needed anything. She even packed us some food to go after the reception was done.
11. Food- we went with the buffet style dinner. On the menu we had a variety of sides and salads. For the entree, we chose Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salmon, and Prime Rib.
The only thing we needed to worry about were the photographer, videographer, and little details such as the menus, table numbers, seating chart, place cards, welcome signs, and a card box.
I don't know what else to say but Wedgewood truly cares. They guide you throughout the whole planning process and if you have any questions, they are just a phone call or an email away. They make sure that your big day is stress free for you so that you can focus on making it a very memorable day for you.
I also included some photos. I included the ones that I definitely wanted to see when I was researching for different venues. Hopefully these will help future couples see how amazing Wedgewood is. -

We are living in NYC, but we like to have our wedding in Las Vegas with our family. We booked our wedding vendor almost one year ago. At the beginning, we thought it might be very difficult to prepare a wedding if we couldn't be there all the time. But the team of Wedgewood Las Vegas which are professional, patient and efficiency to settle down everything for us. Never thought prepared a wedding is that easy, but they made it! All my family and friends told me they have a great time at our wedding. I'm highly recommended Wedgewood Las Vegas team to everyone if you like to have a warm, exciting and less stressful wedding in Las Vegas. -

My husband and I got married at Wedgewood Las Vegas on 091919 and it was by far the best day of my life! I can not recommend this place enough, we had a destination wedding as we live in Alaska so many of our guests traveled to Las Vegas. Our planning staff were super responsive and helped me every step of the way. I wanted a venue that was all inclusive so I didn’t have to plan from thousands of miles away and this was definitely the best. They had a binder that had literally every detail you could think of already laid out for you to pick and choose to your liking. We went with all of the suggested vendors because they all had high ratings and we loved everyone! My favorite was Ann at ACS she and I had multiple phone and text convos and she worked with my budget to make my dreams come true! Our floral arrangements look like a million dollars but on a way lower budget. DJ Murphy was PHENOMENAL! He played all the best music and was perfect at helping our wedding timeline flow nicely from one thing to the next. We also went with SS Co. photography and Steven and Janelle were amazing. They were so cool and easy to work with plus they were making us laugh and feel comfortable. I finally got our pictures back and I am just stunned by how beautiful every single image is. If I could go back and do one thing differently, I really wish we would’ve splurged and bought the videography package. We did get the upgrade photo package but the day went by so quickly and it would have been so nice to have a video to relive how amazing it was. Without a doubt choosing Wedgewood was the best pick (besides choosing my husband)! -

Wedgewood is amazing!! The entire team that I got to work with was the cream of the crop!! I knew nothing about weddings or planning at all, but Roxane, Bianca, and Patty got me through from beginning to end! Ann from ACS florals was so wonderful!! The venue and all the floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful! The DJ kept my guests moving and they loved him! I used wedgewood's preferred vendors for most of my vendors..this includes ShutterBooth photo booth & photography with Stephen Salazar. Jenelle was a dream to work with! She encouraged me and my husband so much throughout our photo shoot and made it fun for us! Wedgewood is simply the best! I could not be happier in our decision to have our wedding with them! Our wedding at Wedgewood Las Vegas was an absolute dream. The staff make the entire process from the planning to the rehearsal to the actual ceremony and reception easy and fun. Our goal was to put on a great party and celebrate with our loved ones with as little stress as possible and Wedgewood made our day better than we could have ever imagined. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend using their suggested vendors - they are top notch and work seamlessly with the coordinators. (You also will not believe just how affordable they are! They are able to work with all kinds of budgets and put on a gorgeous day.)
We worked primarily with Roxane and she is awesome. She is so professional and kind. She ran the show beautifully and even jumped in to help my brother and grandpa with their boutonnieres while coordinating a million other details. You may work with a couple of coordinators, but the team is very organized and they all work seamlessly with each other. Bianca coordinated during our rehearsal and she has a great sense of humor, patiently answered all of our questions and steered us in the right direction while accommodating some of my family's creative ideas. :)
The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We got married in the Garden area with the backdrop of the mountains - absolutely beautiful. Roxane helped us time our ceremony with the sunset, and the lighting was stunning. We had our ceremony in the Sunrise Room, which was perfect for our small wedding with 40 guests, although it could easily accommodate more. The floor to ceiling windows offer a gorgeous view of the mountains.
We went with Wedgewood's in-house DJ, Matt Lindsey and he is so much more than a DJ. He absolutely helped make it the best night of our lives and it would not have been the same without him. The energy and presence he brought to the room was incredible. He kept us on track and kept things moving in such a fun way. THE MUSIC HE PLAYED WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!! His choices and pacing were spot on. We had people dancing who may have never set foot on a dance floor before! As a bride, I probably should have mingled and chatted with my guests a bit more after dinner, but I couldn't tear myself away from the dance floor! We also really appreciated how accommodating he was with our guests and how he handled some of the unique requests/situations from our family. Those spontaneous moments made our night!
I've always loved flowers and wanted them to be the main decor. I passed on a lot of additional signage, etc. b.c I wanted to really have the flowers be the focal point. Ann with ACS did a PHENOMENAL job!! My mom and I actually started crying when we saw the room and ceremony area because it was so beautiful. Ann is easy to work with and takes your vision and runs with it. She and her team are incredibly talented and creative. We did upgrade the centerpieces and the ceremony floral and it was totally worth it. The ACS floral in the background of all our pics is just so beautiful and I couldn't be happier that I can look at it for years to come!
We chose to use their suggested vendor, Freed's Bakery, for the cake and it was INCREDIBLE! We went with white cake with bavarian creme and an icing swirls design. The cake was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. Some of our guests who are not typically "frosting people" even loved the icing. Ordering the cake was a breeze and Janie B. was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. On the day of the wedding, they even called to let me know that the cake had been delivered, which I really appreciated. They also got the cake there in plenty of time for ACS Floral to decorate. (We had ACS add fresh floral, which was really pretty.)
We chose buffet style for the food and it was delicious and you get so much variety! We couldn't get over the quality of the food from appetizers to dinner and how much you get with their packages. Our guests were really impressed with how great the food was and we were thrilled.
The serving captain, servers and bartender were so professional, detail-oriented and gracious with guests. We had a crowd that really enjoys drinking and they kept the beverages flowing! I believe our server captain's name was Jules and she was fantastic - very thoughtful.
Truly cannot say enough good things about Wedgewood. Prior to booking, I had been researching destination venues and beach venues in the Carolinas for about a year and I'm so grateful that we found Wedgewood. Don't hesitate to book your special day with them - they will make it the best day of your lives. -

We cannot thank Yvette and her team enough for such a perfect wedding planning. Everything is so organized from the very beginning til the day of our wedding. We picked Wedgewood as a destination wedding primarily for the golf course, and the ceremony site by the mountains, it was completely worth starting late in the evening just before the sunset.
Yvette and her team was quick to respond to any of my queries, however silly they sounded and reassured me that everything was organised along the way. We went with an elite package and the team were happy for us to organise our photographer- Devotion Media, violinist/cellist- Sympholynn and made sure their timings fit in with the rest of the ceremony.

just got married on 12/08!! Having a destination wedding can be scary since you aren’t physically there too see things and meet the vendors!! Wedgewood really stood out to me with their reviews, beautiful photos and all inclusive packages! We live in Florida and we’ve always loved vegas so why not! We had the elite package so had everything from open bar, photo booth, bath, appetizers, floor length linens and beautiful chiavari chairs . We added silver charger plates, sweet heart empress chair, love marquee signs and draping to make the room pop! Having their planners really helped the process! I told them my vision and they ran with it! I flew to Vegas for their wedding open house and made it a vacation weekend! At the open house I was able to see the beautiful venue, florists work, Dj, pastor Ed, freeds bakery cakes and try their menu! This helped me pick my own appetizer and dinner menu! We picked the buffet style because you just get more that way! Freeds bakery cake was phenomenal. ACS Floral was beyond amazing. Dj Murphy is the best DJ!!! He was so great at leading the crowd and keeping the day organized! He played all the music we loved!! Pastor ED was also great! He met with us before the ceremony to review how things would flow. He added humor to the ceremony which was great! Wedgewood is very accommodating and will work with WHATEVER you want! They will bring your vision to life! All of their preferred vendors are top notch! They even let my maid of honor come in and set up a sweet and salty table with snacks and decor I purchased. They had the table ready for us! I also shipped out all of my wedding day decor to then the week of the wedding so I wouldn’t have to travel with it! Thank you wedgewood for such a special day! It was effortless! Wedgewood Weddings in Las Vegas was amazing. From the planning to the wedding day everyone was so helpful. The room and tables looked beautiful. We used ACS Floral. Ann did an amazing job on my bouquets and centerpieces. The day of the wedding it was very windy but Ann came to the rescue and already had it all planned out how she was going to fix our ceremony outside. DJ Murphy was the best DJ. Our dance floor was packed with everyone of all ages from my 1 year old nephew to my 90 year old grandma! DJ Murphy is also the nicest and very accommodating. He played an extra song for us at the end of the night because we were having so much fun. Our photographers were Keith Kaplan photography (Dave and Debbie) were amazing and very nice. Our photos turned out beyond amazing. We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting and such nice people the day of our wedding helping us out. Jasmine went above and beyond helping put stickers on our party favors the night before and setting them out for use. Thank you! We had an Elvis impersonator. He was a huge hit in the photo booth by Shutter booth LV which was a huge hit. I would highly recommend upgrading the package to include the photo booth! Steve E. Gold our Elvis Impersonator was a huge hit! Instead of going table to table we had a line waiting for us and Elvis to get pics in the photo booth. Steve/Elvis went above and beyond when he stayed though dinner and sang Elvis songs in full costume. The planning process was so easy and stress-free because of Jacquelyn and Lindsey. They are aaaa-mazing and attentive to every detail. We seriously just showed up! This place truly made our fairytale wedding a dream come true! I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Also a big thank you to DJ Murphy for an excellent reception he’s the BEST DJ in the business and all the staff at Wedgewood are amazing. This was the first place we visited & we knew right away that this was the perfect place the moment we spoke & toured with Lindsey. Throughout the wedding planning, I was also able to work with Stephanie and Jacquelyn about my vision & all of them really listened & helped me execute my jumbled, Pinteresty, DIY, totally all-over-the-place wedding ideas. One thing that truly discouraged me about wedding venue-hunting in Las Vegas was the ridiculous prices of the venues. If you're a Budget Bride like how I was, look no further because Wedgewood will take good care of you. Trust me when I say that their packages are laid out to meet the needs of every possible bride imaginable. I researched & contacted every possible venue in the city & no other venue came close to the prices & options that Wedgewood offers. The planning process was so organized & a planner junkie like me really appreciated all the follow-up calls, the organized documents in a nice binder/folder & constant emails from the coordinators. I was THAT annoying bride who kept emailing them & they replied promptly every single time. If you want a lot of options in terms of decorations, food, liquor or whatever you need, they will accommodate you as best as they can. I wanted a specific shade of pink & they made it happen. They were also amazing at bringing my DIY ideas to life! I could go on & on about how great Wedgewood is but really, do yourself a favor by just taking a tour & you'll know why they have stellar reviews everywhere. I would like to personally thank all the coordinators, venue staff & vendors who made our wedding night so special. On such short notice, they were all able to make our dream, on-a-budget, beautiful wedding come true. We will forever be grateful for everyone's kindness, guidance & support!

My husband and I recently had our wedding there on January 27, 2018 and let me tell you.. our family is still taking about how perfect everything was! Words can’t even begin to express how beautifully things turned out. Lindsey and Jacqueline are the BEST! they are so sweet, very professional and took care of everything! They made our vision a reality and made this entire process a stress free one. EVERYTHING about our wedding was simply P E R F E C T!!! Dj Murphy was also AMAZING he kept our guests dancing and having fun alllllll night, we all LOVED him! The food was AMAZING we all enjoyed it, till this day our family is still talking about it. With invitations sent I was days away from making my final payment and realized the venue was not going to be a good fit. I researched and found Wedgewood only 2 months before the wedding. With such a short timeframe I was very concerned. From the beginning Jacquelyn reassured me everything would be perfect. And boy did she deliver. My day was perfect and more than I had ever expected. Jacquelyn, Stephanie and DJ Murphy were A1. My guest are still raving. My husband after enduring all my torture was overly excited and happy with the outcome. There wasn't one thing that I could complain about. The day was absolutely flawless. The banquet hall was beautiful. The event started on time and moved smoothly just as rehearsed. The music was off the chain (do people still say that. Lol). I recommend Wedgewood to anyone who wants to be worry free and have a classy and beautiful wedding

Deeann Sent on 01/09/2018DJ Matt Murphy was the bomb!! He was old school and that is what we liked for our age group and guests. He was very hands-on, friendly and had a great sense of humor. He was always available to take our phone calls prior to event if we had questions and we actually had the same taste in music. He also was accommodating with the type of island music we liked and the current music for our younger guests to enjoy as well. He played most of the songs on our list as well. The thing that mostly stood out is how he took control of the party making sure we were enjoying ourselves and also including everything we wanted to have during our event from the greeting to the Grand entrance, opening prayer, toasts, open mic speeches, our moments to shine, cake cutting n thank you speeches. He was the best and we enjoyed his presence very much! Make sure you request to have him DJ for your event if ever you decide to book there in Las Vegas

She listened to what we really wanted and made suggestions and helped guide us to plan a fun, romantic, and affordable ceremony and reception. our guests had an absolute blast and still talk about how exciting the night was. We are starting to get Christmas cards in the mail and most of them feature photos of our guests at our wedding!

They just won Best Wedding Spot of 2017 best of Nevada award, so awesome and well deserved. I got married on 9/9/2017. It was a beautiful day, the weather was perfect and more importantly the venue was perfect. I was not stressed at all, no bridezlla and I owe it all to the awesome staff at Wedgewood.
Rewind to 2016, when I first started searching for my perfect venue. I researched venues online since it was a destination wedding. I couldn't stop looking at Wedgewood and the pictures and what they have to offer. My first venue appointment was at Wedgewood, I met with Jacquelyn. Jacquelyn is the sweetest person I have ever met, she told us everything we wanted to know and answered all of my questions and said we can do that, we can do anything you want. We did go to 2 other venues that day and I wanted to leave the other venues right away because I knew my answer was saying yes to Wedgewood as my perfect wedding venue. The pricing is very reasonable and you will not find a better price around. We did the Emerald package and it was so worth it. 50-100 people and we could have an open bar for the whole wedding 5 hours.
Jacquelyn, the wedding coordinator, yes you have your own wedding coordinators the whole time planning and the day of the wedding. I give so much credit to Jacquelyn. She has been through it all with me and I can now say I have gained a new friend. She answered every email within the hour of sending. I never knew how easy it was to plan a wedding, Wedgewood gives you so many options and you just get to do the fun stuff and pick out colors, food and décor. Jacquelyn was the coordinator the day of the wedding and I was so happy, because she knew everything we wanted and where we wanted it. Please see my yelp review for more, I ran out of room here. Yvonne Sent on 06/26/2017First and foremost, Wedgewood Las Vegas has a phenomenal staff and I highly recommend them. Our wedding was held June 18, 2017 on an extremely hot day. However, we had absolutely nothing to worry about because Wedgewood had everything planned out for us. Refreshments were bountiful and the indoor area was open for our guests. Despite the unrelenting weather, our guests have nothing but great things to say! Our families are traditional Vietnamese/Chinese and they are unfamiliar with the Western wedding tradition. They did not know what to expect. But for sure they did not expect to be awestruck by the smooth transitions, the food, the drinks and the entertainment. Everyone had huge smiles on their faces and even the grouchiest of our guests were laughing. I wish I could take the credit for it all but it is all Wedgewood's team. They took care of details that I did not even think about (such as the area for our guests to sit and enjoy Cocktail Hour) and they even made sure we (the bride and groom) were given the opportunity to eat before mingling. This is literally as hands-off as you can get in terms of wedding planning. There was not a single second that I worried. They were so reassuring and, every time I looked at the staff, I knew everything was going to be okay. The banquet staff were extremely friendly, DJ Matt kept everyone alive the whole night, the bartenders were making sure our guests were having fun, and the food was AMAZING. The one thing that our families always complain about is the food quality and the food quantity at weddings. I am proud to say that they had nothing but compliments this time around! They thoroughly enjoyed Cocktail Hour where they were served hot and cold Hors d'Oeuvres and they had plenty of time to go through the Dinner Buffet during the Reception. The night ended way too soon! We still had guests partying at the Bar, at the Photobooth and on the dance floor to the very last minute! Thank you so much Wedgewood! -
