St. Louis Bertrand is easily the most beautiful Catholic church in Louisville. My husband and I were very pleased with the church and, more importantly, with Father Dominic who said our wedding mass. I would highly recommend St. Louis Bertrand but it's important to know that they run a tight ship! You are given a strict start and end time for the ceremony and any photos before or after the ceremony. We had a 2pm wedding ceremony so we were allowed in the church at 12:45 and had to leave by 3:30 since they have a noon mass and a 4pm mass. They don't allow a lot of decoration (which we passed on entirely), but the church is highly ornamental so you don't really need anything else. They have some other rules that are non-negotiable. None of this was a problem for us, but it's good to be aware of these things at the outset.

Beautiful church and great staff. They give you a wedding coordinator to work with before the wedding and she was not organized. She was no where to be found prior to the ceremony or immediately after the ceremony. For the amount of money I paid for the church I expected someone more organized.
