Sam at Sprout Design is an absolute talent! Speaking from the mother of the bride perspective Sam's creative vision far exceeds others in her field. She is a true professional, so detailed, organized, efficient, classy, innovative, and I could go on and on. From the first meeting with Sam we knew we were going to be in good hands.

Sam handled every detail beautifully. At each design meeting Sam was prepared, made necessary changes, gave additional ideas and followed up shortly after to confirm the direction the design was taking with pictures of items or color swatches. All while also keeping us on track with decisions about venue, photographer, videographer, meal choice, and cake design. So many decisions and details that Sam effortlessly guided us through. Sam has incredible contacts, every person or company she recommended was phenomenal.

Once the venue was secured Sam worked directly with the manager on every detail. When we happened to have a much higher than anticipated guest response less than a month before the wedding, Sam quickly pivoted and secured the additional rentals, worked with catering to ensure the food quality wouldn't suffer due to the increase in numbers and was in contact with the venue to ensure our new layout with additional tables would fit. Sam's years of experience really shined bright during this unexpected change.

My daughter and her fiancee wanted a vibrant wedding. Sam loved the bright bridesmaid fabric colors and designed the entire wedding based on this color palette. Her vision was so creative and detailed down to the utensils and napkin fringe. She made a timeline for all involved and she had it dialed in perfectly. The day of the wedding was flawless, one of the best days in our daughter's life thanks to Sam and her team. When our weather suddenly changed from sunny skies to a thunderstorm, we were impressed with how quickly Sam's team pivoted to move the party inside the clubhouse. Again, her experience was obvious in this moment and she didn't miss a beat, neither did our celebration! The day was absolutely perfect and beautiful, we were blown away by it all.

On a personal note, I feel I should share why we hired a wedding planner. Wedding day is one of the most important days in a person's life. One thing we were sure of was that we wanted to enjoy this wonderful moment in our daughter's life. We didn't want to be stressed or cranky leading up to the big day. Sam is not only one of the best wedding planners in the Northwest, she's calm, experienced, and worth every penny (and then some). We were so grateful to be able to enjoy every single moment of this special time.

It was a fabulous event on Saturday at Sun Valley Club! Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful setting, delicious food and the great service that you and your team provided. We received the glowing feedback from our guests and we couldn't be happier.
Samantha and Staff- we can't thank you enough for your hard work on Saturday when we decided to switch the ceremony site inside due to the windy cooler conditions from the lawn area. I was very impressed of how the ceremony went smoothly even though we did the rehearsal at a different area the day before. You did a fantastic job guiding all of us, especially, the flower girl, throughout the ceremony. Our flowers from the vendor Sprout Design recommended were stunning! The design you prepared especially for our daughter’s wedding exceeded anything we could have ever dreamed of. it just melted our hearts ....

Sam is incredible. There's no other way to put it! She handled everything seamlessly. She started by asking a lot of questions to really get to know us and our style and our relationship. That made the whole planning process so special because she could really tailor her recommendations to us! She absolutely nailed the design board based on a few conversations about my style and what I was looking for - I was blown away. She even built some custom pieces that really pulled everything together. We got married in Sun Valley and she coordinated from Boise and it worked like a charm!

I was looking for someone who would be a partner in planning everything and make sure I didn't miss anything and Sam is exactly that! She is very easy to talk to - she is super, super organized and totally put my mind at ease about all the little details leading up the wedding while also making sure I was really excited about everything!

On the day of the wedding she was a STAR. She made sure everything went smoothly without taking my time or attention away from the day itself. When we arrived to the tent she was right there with some champagne for us and when I got some chocolate on my dress - boom - she was right there with a tide pen. I never had to go searching for her.

As the mother-of-the-bride, I couldn't have been more pleased with Sam's ability to coordinate all aspects of the wedding.
