Pat Lance is an absolute professional and expert at DJing. He takes it to the next level. He performed for our wedding, and I was completely impressed. He really knows how to keep the mood up without making it awkward. Further, he understands much about sound systems and spaces that the lay person does not. We were completely impressed with his performance. In addition, he has a wonderful personality. He was so easy and nice to work with while planning our reception playlist. Hiring Pat Lance as our DJ for the wedding was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process. I spoke with Pat on the phone the year prior to our wedding and knew at once that he was professional, flexible, and would be a really fun person to work with. The online system for music preferences and order of events was really easy to use. Pat arrived early to set up to not disrupt our wedding festivities after they had started. Pat was excellent at reading the crowd; he was able to strike the perfect balance between slow and dance songs. Our guests were on the dance floor all night! Pat was great at handling requests from our 8 year old ring bearer - I think he asked for Michael Jackson and Imagine Dragons about 10 times through the night :). Pat was definitely one of the best, if not the best, DJ that I have ever experienced at a wedding. His prices are a bargain for the services that he provides.
